Meet Hatch. He's looking for a new home.
We are looking for a new home for Vada’s sire, Hatch. My parents have been his sole owner but they have moved from the “country” into town and just don’t have the space and time that this good boy needs. Medical: Hatch is apt 65 lbs. No med records. Rabies shot due in September.
Hatch knows the “basics” as far as commands and is very eager to please. Commands include: sit, down, place, heal, kennel, go to bed, talk (bark) , watch (alert), whisper (low growl/warning). At home, Hatch is friendly with family and visitors. He is used to placing/sleeping on a raised bed indoors and has a kennel outside too. On the leash, Hatch does get protective when others approach you but will ignore anyone you approach. He does sometimes have thunder/lightening anxiety but calms down if you talk to him, ask him to place. He has not been very socialized around other animals or children. He’s curious about children and gets along well with Vada. He has only been socialized with female Mals to date. (Vada & River)
