My organic corn growing experiment, planted 5/15, zone 8a, wapsie valley seed from openpollinated.com, no w**d control because I planted with a 1 row planter and because my cultivator is still sitting in the w**ds in Illinois. I think it was a success!

How agriculture can overcome

This is where grocery store pork looks like. This is one of the reasons why we raise pastured pork! They get the term “factory farm” for a reason. Buy pastured pork! Pigs raised how they were meant to be raised! Tastes better too.

If we learn from our history, there’s plenty to suggest Illinois farmers have the tools to weather the economic wreck wrought by this global pandemic.
