The roads are still very slick and we want to make sure our staff gets home safely. We are closing early!!! If you have an emergency, you may call the clinic and listen to our voicemail for instructions on how to reach our vet!!

A couple of us have made it in to the clinic this morning, but the roads are nasty and slick!

We are currently taking phone calls but we are not making any non-essential appointments for today. We expect the weather and road conditions to continue to decline, so stay tuned for updates on early closures.

🚨Due to weather and hazardous road conditions Jackson Veterinary Clinic will have a delayed opening today, Friday, January 10th.

🚨Safety is our top priority so we will remain closed until the roadways are safe for travel. All morning appointments should have received a text message and we will call to reschedule once we open.

Our internet is back up and working and we are now able to accept card payments again.

Great news!!! We are open for normal business hours today beginning at 8am.

Unfortunately our internet is still down which means we remain unable to accept card payments at this time. However, we continue to be able to accept cash and check payment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us a call and we will waive all rescheduling fees until we’re back up and running normally. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

With inclement weather approaching here are a few reminders! Please keep your pets inside or be sure they have access to shelter, warm bedding, food & water. ❄️⛄️

We wish you a merry Christmas from your favorite veterinary staff!!!🎄🎅🏼🎁

Our office will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th to allow our staff time to spend with their families to celebrate the Christmas season. We will resume normal operations again at 8am on Thursday, December 26th.

If your pet is needing a refill on their medication soon, please call us today so we can get it ready for pickup. If your pet experiences an emergency while we are closed, please visit the VetTriage link at the top of our page for further instruction.
