Chacco van’t Roosakker – certainly a youngster to remember! An extraordinary manner of jumping always characterized by the same aplomb, combined with a striking attitude and top international genes, let us expect the best in view of sport and breeding.
Chacco van’t Roosakker attracts with his absolutely sovereign, elastic und extremely scopey manner of jumping. Always supple and regular, this youngster rounds his back and fulfils with ease the requirements in both, free-jumping and under the saddle in the jumping-course. Furthermore, he knows to inspire with constant regularity, vision and outstanding rideability. On the occasion of his 50-day test Chacco van’t Roosakker received a score of 8.5 for rideability, finishing with the third-best result given by the really strict judging committee. At least, he finished the test with a final score of 8.16. Therewith, a life-long registration in Hengstbuch I (stallion book) is timely ensured.
It is particularly worth-mentioning that Chacco van’t Roosakker is gifted with a very nice character and an absolutely fine riding comfort. Beside his fantastic quality he is distinguished with courage, willingness to perform and mental power – making him a prospect par excellence.
Just as spectacular as his manner of jumping is certainly his pedigree. His first five generations on the paternal side are all secured by sires with a performance record filled with international 5*-achievements (1.60m-classes). Like pearls on a string, you can find the world-class sires Chacco-Blue, Echo van’t Spieveld, Carthago, Darco, Chin Chin and Major de la Cour. Chacco van’t Roosakker’s Belgium elite line named van’t Roosakker is one of the most spoken in the world. Furthermore, it’s world-wide hard to find another dam line with such a concentration of performance through international top sport horses
The sire Chacco-Blue, who placed third in the Grand Prix of the CHIO Aachen, made history as sire. Many years he has been in the lead of the WBFSH ranking of the most successful sires. Now, he is on the second rank. About 70 licensed sons, an offspring with lifetime winnings of nearly 8.5 million Euro as well as 525 offspring competing in advanced (S) classes and better, many of them in 1.60m-classes, speak for themselves. Nearly no other sire has influenced the current international top sport as Chacco-Blue has done it.
The dam’s sire, Echo van’t Spieveld, impressed in sport under the Belgian rider Niels Bruynseels at the highest international level. Echo van’t Spieveld, also originating from a highly decorated Belgian dam line, excels with his power of inheritance. Just like his sire, world-class sire Heartbreaker, Echo van’t Spieveld, was awarded the coveted KWPN-distinction “Ambassadeur” and “Elite”. International top sport horses such as Origi vd Vosberg/Niels Nruynseels BEL), VDL Groep Elegant Hero Z/Leopold van Asten (NED), Enjoy CK Z/Ben Maher (GBR) or Nikias VD Bishop/Frank Schuttert (NED) can be seen as representatives for a high number of international 1.60m-class successful offspring sired by Echo van’t Spieveld.
In third generation the trademark stallion Carthago, a grand seigneur of high esteem, can be found. Carthago, competitor in the 1996‘Olympic Games in Atlanta and multiple Nations Cup winner, e.g. at the CHIO Aachen under the saddle of Jos Lansink (BEL), was certainly the most successful stallion in the world in his time. He produced an armada of top athletes and outstanding sires such as Mylord Carthago/Pénélope Leprevost (FRA) or Colman. In total, the German National Federation (FN) recorded offspring lifetime winnings of more than 4.5 million Euro.
Just as prominent as Chacco van’t Roosakkers paternal line of ancestries is the world-famous dam line van’t Roosakker, in which Chacco van’t Roosakker’s granddam Electra van’t Roosakker played a decisive role: She herself competed successfully at 5*-level (1.60m) under Jannika Sprunger (SUI) and Jos Lansink (BEL) before she delivered the well-known stallion Kassander van’t Roosakker, who was successful under Gregory Wathelet (BEL), and Kaprice/Kent Farrington (USA), who won the 5* Grand Prix of Wellington and Tryon, among others. As cherry on the cake may be mentioned in view of this excellent blood lines, that these both guarantors of success are full siblings of Chacco van’t Roosakker’s dam, named Mom’s Lady D van’t Roosakker.
Mom’s Lady D van’t Roosakker gave birth of several international successfull sporthorses such as Pl***oy van’t Roosakker/Philipp Weishaut (GER).
Great granddam Atoucha van’t Roosakker produced, beside Electra, also the internationally successful show-jumpers Falco van het Roosakker/Jérôme Guery (BEL) and Gatoucha van’t Roosakker/Michael Korompis (NED).
Another flagship of this line is Chacco van’t Roosakkers fourth dam Usha van’t Roosakker. After competing successfully in 1.50m-classes under Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA), she delivered not less than four internationally successful 1.60m and two 1.50m-classes show-jumpers.
Usha’s daughter Cella was certainly extraordinary, too. For many years she had been the top horse of Ben Maher. This couple collected achievements such as team gold at the 2013’EC in Herning and several victories in Grand Prixs, e.g. at the Global Champion Tour legs in Paris and London.
