Starting tomorrow Dr. Spaeth will be out of town. We will be closed Friday Dec 6th and Friday Dec 13th.
Monday Dec 9th-Thursday Dec 12th we will be open for phone calls, med and food pick ups, and limited tech appointments for established clients. Our hours may differ from normal business hours, so please call ahead unless you already have a scheduled appointment.

During next week if you have an emergency or a concern regarding your pet, Dr Spaeth will be unavailable to answer any questions, so please contact WVRC Grafton at 262-546-0249 or UrgetVet Northshore at 414-519-6030.

Also, be aware that any online pharmacy refill requests will be delayed until Dr Spaeth returns. We appreciate your understanding and have a great weekend!

It has come to our attention that Dr. Sue Fluhr of Tender Touch Veterinary has recently passed away. We would like to extend our condolences to all that knew and loved her.

During this difficult time we have noticed an influx of calls from Tender Touch clients trying to find new primary care. We are accepting new patients at this time and would love to help, but as we are a single doctor practice we are booking out several weeks for new patients.

Please be aware that by law we are not allowed to refill prescriptions without having seen the patient first. It is also difficult to squeeze in new sick patients alongside all of our established patients.

With these things in mind, we are encouraging all those looking to establish with us to call and set up your first appointment as soon as possible. Once established it is a lot easier to schedule future visits and refill prescriptions.

Again we are deeply sorry for the loss of Dr. Sue and our thoughts are with her family and friends.

Happy Fall Everyone!!!! Please be aware of our adjusted schedule the next two weeks.
We will be closing this Thursday 10/10 at 5:30 and closed Friday 10/11.
Next week we will be closing at 11am Wednesday 10/16 through the weekend and won’t be open again until 10/21.
During our absence please utilize local pet ERs and Urgent Cares for immediate concerns.

In case you didn’t see our email, here are some pointers regarding the use of our JPH online pharmacy:

- After you have placed a JPH online order, make sure to keep up to date with emails or notifications in your account until your order has been received. Before shipping, the JPH online pharmacy may need to clarify product or payment information. If there isn't a response in time, the order may be cancelled.

- If you take advantage of the autoship feature, please make sure to keep track of what products you have on autoship. If you change products, make sure you cancel the autoship on products you no longer need. This will help prevent accidental orders.

- If you do happen to accidentally order the wrong product or recieve a product you weren't expecting from our JPH pharmacy, please contact either us or the JPH online pharmacy customer service IMMEDIATELY. The sooner we are aware of an issue, the more we are able to help you resolve the issue.

Hopefully this answers any questions you may have had.

Due to Dr Spaeth being out of the office, the clinic will be closing today at 3pm and all day tomorrow. We’ll be back on Monday. So while we’re away hopefully you guys can soak up some sun with your 4 legged babies!
