As a friendly heads up: We will have the below adjusted hours throughout June and July. Any additional closures will be announced accordingly.

Closed at 5pm: Thursday June 19th, July 10th, July 24th.
Closed at noon Thursday June 26th.
Closed Friday June 27th, July 4th, July 25th.

Next week Dr Spaeth will be out of town. The clinic will be closed Monday May 26th and Friday May 30th. We will be open the 27-29th limited hours for medication and food pick ups. If you have a concern regarding your pet next week please contact WVRC in Grafton at 262-546-0249. We hope everyone has a safe holiday!

The 12 days of Christmas arrived all at once for us this year! Thank you to all who came out to help and hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday!

For the Christmas holiday the clinic will be closing at noon today and will be closed tomorrow Dec 25th. We will reopen for normal hours Thursday Dec 26th. Next week the clinic will be closing at noon on the 31st and will be closed Jan 1st reopening the 2nd for normal hours.

Starting tomorrow Dr. Spaeth will be out of town. We will be closed Friday Dec 6th and Friday Dec 13th.
Monday Dec 9th-Thursday Dec 12th we will be open for phone calls, med and food pick ups, and limited tech appointments for established clients. Our hours may differ from normal business hours, so please call ahead unless you already have a scheduled appointment.

During next week if you have an emergency or a concern regarding your pet, Dr Spaeth will be unavailable to answer any questions, so please contact WVRC Grafton at 262-546-0249 or UrgetVet Northshore at 414-519-6030.

Also, be aware that any online pharmacy refill requests will be delayed until Dr Spaeth returns. We appreciate your understanding and have a great weekend!

It has come to our attention that Dr. Sue Fluhr of Tender Touch Veterinary has recently passed away. We would like to extend our condolences to all that knew and loved her.

During this difficult time we have noticed an influx of calls from Tender Touch clients trying to find new primary care. We are accepting new patients at this time and would love to help, but as we are a single doctor practice we are booking out several weeks for new patients.

Please be aware that by law we are not allowed to refill prescriptions without having seen the patient first. It is also difficult to squeeze in new sick patients alongside all of our established patients.

With these things in mind, we are encouraging all those looking to establish with us to call and set up your first appointment as soon as possible. Once established it is a lot easier to schedule future visits and refill prescriptions.

Again we are deeply sorry for the loss of Dr. Sue and our thoughts are with her family and friends.

Happy Fall Everyone!!!! Please be aware of our adjusted schedule the next two weeks.
We will be closing this Thursday 10/10 at 5:30 and closed Friday 10/11.
Next week we will be closing at 11am Wednesday 10/16 through the weekend and won’t be open again until 10/21.
During our absence please utilize local pet ERs and Urgent Cares for immediate concerns.
