Pumpkin would like to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on behalf of Mt Zion Animal Clinic & Boarding. We all hope you had a fantastic holiday and enjoy the yummy food. Reminder: we are closed until Monday.

We do want to remind you that although your yummy food tastes great, it doesn’t agree well with our furry friends. After the holidays, we see a lot of pancreatitis and other upset tummy issues from our owners trying to be thoughtful and give us bites of yummy food. As a replacement, you can use treats (of course) and carrots, no salt green beans, plain sweet potato, and many other yummy HEALTHY choices. **check out AVMA and AAHA’s websites for good alternatives and reasons why we shouldn’t share!
