The construction of the facility is nearing completion. This announcement, drafted several weeks ago, is intended to express our profound gratitude to the individual and family who selflessly dedicated their time and expertise to this project. Their contributions included securing bids, comparing supplies, managing state-level legal and design requirements, and leveraging their extensive knowledge and passion for animal welfare.
Their research into best practices, drawing on insights from recently upgraded facilities, was instrumental. They adeptly managed the complexities of the project, shielding me from the intricacies and dedicating themselves to ensuring the facility's optimal design. Despite exceeding the initial budget, they have been the driving force behind this project's success. For those who know her personally, her exceptional dedication is already evident. We extend our sincere appreciation to Dawn Villagrana for her invaluable assistance in realizing our vision and ensuring the well-being of our current and future residents. We are eternally grateful for her and her family's long-term volunteer commitment. We are incredibly fortunate to have their support.
