Rents range from $711-$840.00. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. We DO accept the Housing Choice Voucher issued by The Metropolitan Housing Authority.

We are Tax Credit Housing so you must income qualify based on GROSS COMBINED HOUSEHOLD income.
We offer 3br/2ba units and 4br/2ba units.
3br rents are currently $690-$710.00 and 4br units rent for $730.00-$840.00.
The units are all electric and tenant pays water, trash, and sewer as well.
