We celebrated Thanksgiving a little early for our SCAH family! We had quite the potluck feast at our all staff meeting. Turkey, ham, stuffing, butternut squash casserole, mac n’ cheese, roasted veggies, cranberry sauces, mashed potatoes, salad, s’mores, apple crisp, and one of the most beautiful (and delicious) desserts we have ever seen made by our own Faithe Mullins…Cranberry curd tart with blood orange dark chocolate ganache and a ginger snap crust. It was almost too pretty to eat, almost! Everything was sooo delicious! Maybe we should open a restaurant here at SCAH 😉 Love this amazing group of people💗🍗🥧🍁

Today’s theme…our own Sarah Pickens! Sadly, Sara will be leaving us later this month and moving to Colorado. We thought having a Sarah tribute day was appropriate! While we will miss her dearly, she will always be part of our SCAH family. We have had SOOO MANY great times together! We love you Sarah Pickens🖤🦇
We also had fun starting our paint by numbers projects…looking forward to some beautiful art!
