Look at all those cute faces! The dogs in this album are currently in our program and available for adoption.

The first step in our adoption process is filling out a dog adoption application. Once submitted your application can be added to any dogs list of interested adopters. If you are the first qualified applicant in line you will be given the opportunity to meet the dog and take them home for a foster period, usually around four nights but our minimum is one! This gives you a chance to get to know the dog and decide if you want to adopt. If its not a good fit you can bring the dog back to us and we will move on in the list. Returning your foster dog doesn't disqualify you from meeting and fostering another dog! Our mission is to find these dogs the best home for them and sometimes that means staying with a few families before it's the right fit.

If one of the dogs in this album interests you please submit an application or email us - [email protected] - to let us know you already have an application submitted and would like your name on a particular dog's list.
You do not need to submit multiple applications, once your application is in it can be used for any dog you are interested in.

We can't wait to help you find a new best friend!

The dog adoption fee is $250. This fee covers spay/neuter, microchip, and up to date vaccines.

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy.

Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.

Meet the Flower Pup Girls!!! 🌸🌷🌼

When reached out looking for help with these 3, we just couldn’t say no. Between a busted lip, parasites, a severely pr*****ed a**s, and general malnourishment, Tulip, Petunia, and Daffodil are in pretty rough shape. Despite everything they’ve been through in their short lives, they are as sweet as can be.

We are so grateful to for helping us get these 3 the medical care they so desperately needed, and to for collaborating with us to save these precious pups. We can’t wait to see their glow ups.

Since they are still undergoing their various medical treatments, Tulip, Petunia, and Daffodil are not quite ready for adoption just yet. We will share updates in the coming days, but get your apps in if you’d like to be added to their interest lists! The new chapter starts now little ladies! 💗

🐶 NEW DOG ALERT 🐶

Check out the 6 AMAZING new dogs we welcomed into our program this week from . Read up on them below and fill out a dog app if you haven’t already to meet this crew! 🐾

1. Scout. Though his looks are deceiving, Scout is a failed herding dog. This big ham doesn’t want to work, he just wants to leisurely chase a tennis ball all day. 💛🎾

2. Valentina. AKA Vela, Teeny, Tiny Tina. Weighing in at a whopping 10 lbs., she’s sure to steal your heart with her butterfly ears and wiggly nub tail. Valentina wants to be with you 24/7. She’s an aspiring purse puppy. 👜🦋

3. Birdie. This little diva is 2.5 months old and full of personality. Come meet this cutie! 💖🪩

4. Beau & Banks. These bros are about as laid back as puppies can be. They’re goofy, people and dog loving, and ready to fit in seamlessly with your family. 🐶

5. Boone. Another failed herding dog, Boone was born as part of an accidental litter on a ranch that ended up with 21 unwanted border collie puppies. We can’t wait to find him an amazing home. 🩵

The first step to meet one of these cuties is to set up a meet and greet by completing our online application. Please visit our website or Facebook to check out all of our adoptable cats! Once we receive your application we can move forward with scheduling a meet and greet. Your application will be valid for all cats moving forward.

For the safety of our staff, animals and community, there is a two person limit for in-peron meet and greets. We require all individuals to wear a mask and sanitize before entering the AAC. We can also accommodate a virtual meet and greet if requested.

Cat adoption fee is $100. If you're looking to adopt two cats you get the second one for free! Your adoption fee covers the spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations up to date! Cat adoption is considered final on the day you take them home, however; the AAC recognizes that an adjustment period of days or weeks may be necessary before they are fully comfortable in their new home. The AAC grants a two week trial period with cat adoptions to ensure that a good match is made. If a cat is returned within the two week trial we will refund the adoption fee.

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our cats as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the cats are healthy.

The internet might not be ready for this one but here we go… meet Finnley!

Finnely was born with 5 legs. As fun as that sounds, his extra limbs weren’t helping him out very much and his medical team decided it would be best to amputate to give his little body a whole new level of comfort and function. Our 5 leg puppy has now become our 3 leg puppy and is so ready to start a new chapter in life!

Finnley is 9 weeks old and sweet and playful as can be. He has charmed all of the people and animals he’s met and is so excited to find his forever home. Fill out a dog adoption application if you thank that could be you!

Thank you so much to for helping us bring this sweetie into our program and to the Weiss Medical Fund for allowing us to be able to give Finnley the care he needed. 💙🐾

Prawn

1.5 year old, Female, DSH Tabby

Meet Prawn! Prawn has found her way back into our program due to circumstances of no fault to her. She has integrated well back into life with us! Prawn has been living upstairs in our kitty area because she doesn't love having 12 roommates and we don't blame her! She absolutely loves having the whole area to explore and take naps in the sun. She would make a great kitty for anyone looking for a great companion.

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our cats as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the cats are healthy.

Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.

-For more info on this pet, to fill out an adoption application, and find out who we are and more our adoption process, please go to our website www.animaladoptioncenter.org
-Adoption is considered final upon bringing your cat home and signing an adoption agreement, however; when adopting a cat the AAC recognizes that an adjustment period of days or weeks may be necessary before it is fully comfortable in it’s new home. The AAC grants a two week trial period with cat adoptions to ensure that a good match is made. If a cat is returned within two weeks of adoption we will refund the adoption fee.
-We welcome out-of-area adopters, but please be aware we do require prospective adopters to come to our facility and meet the animal in person. Before you make the trip we encourage you to fill out an adoption application and submit it, to be sure you will qualify to adopt. Adoption applications can be filled out on our website. We cannot "hold" any animal. We have a "first qualified adopter can adopt" policy.
-We will not ship animals.
-Feel free to send over an inquiry or fill out an application for a cat you are interested in
