100% of tips go to the person booked for your pets! Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 72 hours before a scheduled booking via text, phone call, or message will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before a booking will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate or a full charge. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, no conformation or the client is unavailable. If Heavyn Sent Pets cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new booking will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. A roll over will go into affect, or a refund will be permitted.

**Payments are to be made up to 4 days prior to the first day of service. If payment has not been received, the booking has not been finalized.**
