Our dog was afraid to go to the vet. We would drive up in the parking lot and he would get nervous and whimper. Once in the office he would get vocal when they came near him. We had to muzzle him and eventually medicate him to get his yearly shots and bloodwork, (and that didn't even work). It got to the point where they wanted us to put him under anesthesia because he was so difficult to deal with. We felt there had to be someone out there that could work with him without doing that. We found Dr. Carlos and his assistant Heather and what a miracle!! They came to the house and it was a matter of 5 minutes and everything was done. No muzzle no anesthesia. We are so thankful and would highly recommend them to everyone. Prompt, professional and very kind! We thank you very much, Jen & Fred Jen Villegas

🚨💊 Heads up, friends! The DEA is warning us about the rise of sneaky online pharmacies selling counterfeit pills (think fake oxycodone and Xanax) that look as legit as your favorite pizza place! 🍕🤨

Those websites may have 24/7 support and rave reviews, but they're more like a bad infomercial than your trusted local pharmacist. 💔

If you want to avoid ending up with “mystery pills,” stick to pharmacies you know and trust. Let’s keep our community safe and informed!

Stay smart, stay safe! ❤️

Cancer in pets is becoming more treatable thanks to advancements in early diagnosis and treatment. Neoplasia refers to uncontrolled cell growth, leading to benign (non-cancerous) and malignant (cancerous) tumors. About 1 in 4 dogs will develop a tumor in their lifetime, with nearly half of dogs over 10 years old facing cancer. Diagnosis includes medical history, physical exams, imaging, and biopsies.

While cancer prevention is tough, avoiding secondhand smoke and spaying/neutering can help reduce risks. Signs of cancer include swelling, bleeding, difficulty breathing, and unexplained weight changes.

Treatment options vary and may include surgery, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. Early detection enhances management and success rates of cancer treatments.
