🎉 We’re Expanding! 🎉

Mandarin Equine is excited to announce the expansion of our services west to the Lake Butler area!

Beginning soon, Dr. Sarah Randell will be offering routine veterinary services on select Fridays and Mondays each month for clients in and around Lake Butler.

Services offered include:
🐴 Preventative care (vaccinations, Coggins, dental exams & floats)
🐴 Reproduction services
🐴 Acupuncture
🐴 Soundness & performance evaluations

We will be serving horses within a one-hour radius of Lake Butler, FL.

On select days each month, Drs. Taylor McLendon and Meghan Murphy will be available to provide advanced lameness evaluations and additional specialty services.

At this time, emergency services will not be available in this region; however, our goal is to expand into emergency coverage by mid-2026 as the practice continues to grow.

About Dr. Sarah:
Dr. Sarah has been caring for horses in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas for the past two years. Her clinical interests include preventative care and herd health, reproduction, dentistry, and acupuncture, with an emphasis on proactive, relationship-based medicine.

She will continue caring for her established clients in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas while gradually expanding services to Lake Butler.

Her approach centers on building long-term partnerships with owners and delivering consistent, high-quality care to horses at every stage of life. Dr. Sarah is excited to grow Mandarin Equine in the Lake Butler region and looks forward to building lasting relationships with new clients—while continuing to work alongside her fiancé, Anthony, a professional horse trainer.
