Happy New Year!! We hope everyone had a peaceful and safe holiday season! We want to take a moment to thank each and every single one of you for the love and support in 2021. We couldn’t have done it without you.
Additionally, we feel it is very important to inform our clients on how to successfully book an appointment and keep on a consistent schedule as we have not and will no longer be able to accommodate same day/same week appointments. We consistently book 4-6 weeks in advance so if you do not have an existing, standing, or recurring appointment, it will be 4-6 weeks before we can schedule your pet. If you have an existing appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, it will be 4-6 weeks from scheduled appointment date for rebooking and additional fees will apply as more work will be involved due to more time in between styling appointments.
We understand that this type of scheduling does not work for everyone who is a part of our VF family so we will do our best to accommodate as much as possible with the cooperation and understanding of our scheduling requirements from you.
