The Barking Lot The Barking Lot is a doggie day care and lodging facility for dogs. Where a dog can be a dog. We are not fancy but home spun.

We are a small local business who loves to take care of your Fur Child! The Barking Lot is also home to Kamp Kritter Rescue Foundation, a 501 c 3 non profit for injured abandoned and medically challenged animals, most affectionately referred to as the island of misfit dogs. We offer doggie day care, overnight boarding and pet sitting in Avondale, Ortega, San Marco and Riverside. The owner is a ret

ired air force officer who served 25 years, the last 17 in the reserves. She is disciplined, compassionate and organized. Your dog will get a lot of personal attention. All exit baths are free of charge and food is included in the cost. The fee structure is outlined in our website. Sue Towler, the owner has been pet sitting in the area for 21 plus years and opened The Barking Lot in 2005.
