Been awhile since I posted. Been busy with home repairs and had not had time to post. rainbow beets, Rambo radish, and red arrow radish.

Been down and out for the past month. Had some serious home issues that could not be ignored. Needless to say if I knew I was going to do this amount of digging I would have rented an excavator. There are parts of my body that hurt that I didn’t know you could hurt.

During my digging I had lots of time to think about what else I can do with my microgreens. I have some ideas to make some quick treats that even the pickiest eater will love.

When you lived in Hawaii for only a couple years but this was always your go to meal. Poke pronounced “poh-KAY”. Man I miss the food, water the people and mostly my friends. 🥹

Ahi (yellow tail tuna), sushi rice, edamame, black sesame seed, sunflower and Brussels sprouts microgreens. Sauce is “Shoyu”

This was my grow with with my sunflowers . Awesome growth and very healthy root system. Think 97% germinated, which is 12% higher than the stated germination rate of 85%. Well back into the lifecycle to eventually make it back into soil I will be using again. Thanks Justin
