If you're looking for a sign to plant greens, Letha's garden is here waving at you to get to it. Plants if you can find them, but it's not too late to start your seeds. It's just a case of how fast you want them.

Fall planting prime time is any time September or October. You can push it later and get away with it, but every day you wait the slower things will grow because the days are shortening quickly right now. Which is to say: a month of September's sunlight is worth more than a month of October's sunlight, which is worth more than a month of Novembers sunlight, which is worth more than a month of December's sunlight.
