Rsk9NC Stef- Bennett just graduated from his 2 week puppy university and knocked his go home out of the park! Before training Bennett’s owners really struggled with his leash manners as well as a lot of puppy biting. He had selective listening and really only wanted to behave when he felt like it. His owners are sending him back for additional off leash training, once he’s old enough, to fully maximize their training.

Love dogs and want to gain experience in basic dog care, maintenance, and training? Come work with us! This is a great entry level position that will grow your skills as an animal care professional and give you the opportunity to shadow and learn from some of the best trainers in the area. We have morning and evening caregiving shifts and can be flexible on days. We are looking for hard working individuals to accomplish basic daily tasks alongside the trainers such as feeding, bathroom breaks, cleaning, and exercising the dogs in our care here at ridgeside Carolina’s headquarters.

Starting pay is $12/hour and raises are determined on a performance basis. You will also get the chance to attend any seminars hosted at the head quarters facility for FREE!

Big day for the students as we hit the town working exposure for all the Board and Trains. 🎉 All these pups will be going home so we have to proof their obedience in higher distraction settings. Our Ridgeside K9 Academy students all have experience training and are here to learn more! This is open to anyone that wants to learn how we do things. 👊🏽

Here is a video of Hania working with little Dolly. Dolly get super excited, wiggles so much and is hard for her to container herself. 🤪 Hania is working on teaching her some patience and how to control herself. Calm and collected gets her a reward instead of acting crazy and being pushy. 🥰🐶
