Loyal learning that when we go to the vet, we stay calm.
It’s essential to teach these crazy pups that the vets office is still a place where good behavior is expected!!
We don’t allow him to stress/get in to things/anticipate the door opening/jump on the vet/potty on the floor/or eat stuff in the corners.
I don’t ask for obedience, I simply limit his opportunities so that he chooses to relax and be patient .

Georgia comes back to us for boarding after we did a board and train with her over summer. She is wearing her e collar for safety, but it’s very rare that it’s used because her owners did such an awesome job at maintaining her obedience and providing her with more freedom for environmental enrichment.
Georgia has awesome off leash skills, fast obedience and she’s still a happy dog!
