The dogs and puppies in the current mini classes are doing so well! Here are just a few!
Our puppies are doing so well with socializing to different object, surfaces, and noises. They are also doing a great job with their skill development.
Clover had learned to “take it” with larger items (rope toys, stuffed toys, etc.) where she had more to grab onto and it wasn’t a problem if she held it tightly in her mouth. She has been learning to hold things more gently and to pick up smaller objects. She did great with the mechanical pencil we used today!
The Advanced Manners students are doing so well learning new skills, practicing known skills in a new environment, and dealing with lots of distractions (mainly in the form of cicadas!)!
Puppies! So much work, but they sure are cute and grow so fast. Here are just a few of the puppies in the current Puppy Preschool classes. The class members have been asking great questions and working so well with their dogs. Watch for more class pictures of the other puppies in coming weeks!
Such great dogs in the current Beginner Manners classes. Here are just a few!
Congratulations to our recent Intermediate Manners class graduates! Job well done!
Congratulations to our most recent Puppy Preschool class graduates!
Denver, a chocolate lab, has learned so much on the past six weeks in the Beginner Manners class. He is doing very well at walking nicely on a leash. If you look closely at the video, his mom just has the leash over her arm; she isn’t really holding onto it. Great job Team Denver!!!
Play ball! Working on various types of distractions and having fun during the Advanced Manners class this week!
Sit, down, stay, may, heel - these Beginner Manners dogs are doing so well!
First night of Puppy Preschool class!
Look at what Nova can do! She is a 10 month d Caviler King Charles spaniel and has completed the Puppy Preschool class as well as the Beginner Manners class recently. Sue is doing great with walking nicely on leash, leaving something she is not allowed to have, and most importantly, looking super cute while doing it!
Kudos to her mom for walking and making a video to share at the same time!
Congratulations on a job well done!
These puppies are off to a great start!
And we are walking! Here are just a few of the students in the Beginner Manners classes. As we get close to the end of the Beginner program, the people walk their dogs without holding the leash (the leash is still attached to the person for safety) to see if the team is relying on the leash or if they are truly communicating with each other. This is Murphy, Journey, Max and Milo!
Lots of new people and dogs in the Beginner Manners classes. It’s so fun to meet so many people that are interested in training their dogs using positive reinforcement and relationship bases training methods!
