The Fenzi Dog Sports Academy presents Functioning with Fitness in Small Spaces, a dynamic workshop designed to help you create impactful exercise routines using minimal equipment and small areas.

Led by Ashley Escobar, a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer, this workshop is perfect for performance dogs or any pup needing to stay active during dreary weather. You’ll learn creative exercises using items like cavaletti poles, foam pads, platforms, and more. Options will be provided for different equipment, so you can work with what you have!

As the winter weather begins, our physical activity routines get interrupted. Yes, our dog still love to run outside but let’s be real, as we lose some degrees in temperature we also lose some degrees in motivation!

Don’t let inhospitable weather keep you stagnant. You can do a lot with a small amount of space and a few pieces of small equipment.

I have six routines outlined that you can completed in a small portion of a room.

This is P!NK, my border collie. The before picture is her when she first arrived with me and the after is her photo after being in my conditioning program for 8 weeks. You should be able to see the visible differences in her body. She is on the same stacking blocks in each photo! Pretty cool, right? A conditioning program that is specific to your dog is key and you can see the differences physically and in the performance ring....
