Happy Birthday Trek! He turns 7 this month and he loves to run and play in our new play area. He is much easier to walk and less reactive now too as he has this beautiful safe space to burn off some young energy. What beautiful days we are having to enjoy the outdoors. Our host Trek approves and awaits new friends to play with. Pretty sure he appreciates that feeling of beach sand too. 😉 So happy days are here! The fence is up, sand is in, gates, three more kennels to build, some minor administrative details and we are open for day care. Please keep in mind we have a strict limit in capacity to ensure excellent care is never compromised. It will fill fast with limited drop in capacity. Get ahead of an inevitable waiting list. Hello Friends! Happy to say the last posts (main gate) went in for the larger play area today. Let's see if this can be wrapped and have gates in by sometime next week.

Happy to say the back posts are in along with the second access gate posts. The tractor will be able to get in and clear snow and move fresh sand in as needed. The ledge the rocks, the rain and drainage along that back side challenged my resolve and really worked the Kubota hard. No doubt got through it and still moving along.

Ella is very sweet, so easy going and was relaxed during her stay here over the weekend. We had nice weather for walks, and fun play time. Trek surely has made a new friend. Watching them run playing together was so much fun. Thank you Ella and Mom.

We hope your day is going well. Happy to say even in the rainy weather and digging up many large rocks we continue to move forward. All the fence materials are on site and the first posts are set for the back gate. The last photo is showing the contrast between the white play sand, loam and regular sand after a rain. The pups can play right after a rain and not get muddy. Still offering in home boarding if you need a comfortable safe place for you pup to stay while you are away. 603 532 2403. 🙂

On the stove here in the dog deli this morning is another batch of ground turkey and carrots. Starting to see that ground turkey not only is helping our elder dog Max with allergies, and less stomach issues it can be less expensive than high quality specialty canned dog foods. Especially when it goes on sale at $3.99.😉
