We have some delicious Golden Oyster mushrooms available today!

Golden Oyster mushrooms have a meaty texture that can bulk up and add flavor to a number of dishes. They are exceptional in lemony pasta dishes, as a component in a flavorful stir fry, or even sautéed and spread on toast for a savory breakfast!

You won't find goldens in the grocery store because they are extremely fragile and don't ship well long distwnce so you have to get them locally! Available in our sustainable packaging 😊

These gorgeous mushrooms are not only visually stunning, but they also have a delicate, sweet flavor that pairs well with a wide range of dishes. When you fry them, they taste like bacon, and simmered in soups, they give a deep earthy warmth.

Have you tried the Mushroom Fajita Tacos on .jamestown new summer menu using our mushrooms?! So good!

Two grilled soft flour tortillas filled with roasted chipotle lime mushrooms, sauteed bell peppers and onions, seasoned brown rice, feta cheese, and lime crema finished with cilantro and scallions. Served with a side of street corn salad. It was the perfect lunch to enjoy in the park 😁

Eat your Lion's Mane Mushrooms! 🤍

There are so many great health benefits to lion's mane mushrooms from their cognitive enhancement, nervous system support, immune system boosting, mood and stress regulation, anti-inflammatory properties and so much more!

Lion’s mane mushrooms offer a mild, sweet flavor and taste similar to seafood. Most people equate the taste of this mushroom to that of lobster or crab meat, with earthier overtones. To fully enjoy their unique taste, it’s best to cook them as simply as possible because, like other mushrooms, they’ll take on the flavor of any sauces they’re cooked in.

These mushrooms lend themselves to all sorts of applications, but we love to just fry them up like steaks. Try them in some delicious dishes at .jamestown or in Jamestown!

We try to keep a consistent stock for you to try at home. If you only want to try a little, no problem! We have some pre-packaged but you can have as much or little weighed out as you'd like 🍄

EVERYBODY LOVES RAMEN (we do especially 🥰)

This delicious bowl incorporates noodles + grilled tofu + shiitake mushrooms from Snowbelt Gardens + cabbage + onion + garlic + and a medium boiled egg in a sesame ginger mushroom broth with miso 🍜🫶

Perfect for this in between weather and filling but not to heavy to keep you going the rest of the day! 🌞

If you haven’t given it a try, you most definitely need too! 👍

We will have a few clusters of Golden Oysters available this week at BioDome Project!

💛 Golden oyster mushrooms contain copper to develop connective tissues, potassium to balance fluid levels within the body, and fiber to regulate the digestive tract. The mushrooms also contain B vitamins.

💛 Once prepped, they are popularly added to stir-fries, sauteed with butter until crisp, or simmered into sauces. They can also be cooked and served with braised meats, mixed into rice and noodle dishes, incorporated into frittatas, served on toast, or added as a pizza topping!

BioDome is OPEN Tues-Saturday! These won't last long so get down there if you want to try them!

Oysters have a more complex flavor than the common button mushroom, yet it's still mild on the palate. Cooked oyster mushrooms are extremely versatile and can be substituted for white, cremini and portobello in most recipes.

These Italian Oysters are loving the barely straw we source from our friends at Hi-Y Farm in Cattaraugus County!

Established in 1950, Hi-Y was once a dairy and then a beef farm in Little Valley, NY now turned into an industrial h**p farm! Owned by siblings Chris and Jessie, their primary focus is growing industrial h**p fiber but they always have TONS of other projects moving too - like creating our Saving Face Beard Balm with CBD, growing veggies & flowers, raising our beef herd, helping friends & community, and managing their cozy on- property cabin Airbnb-Fieldview.
