A short clip from Ed’s workout yesterday with Sabine! Let’s get this boy an English saddle and bridle Jenny!
Good job Sabine! Her first time riding Edmond 😊
Ed’s first mini trail ride was today. He could have cared less, in fact that corn was pretty tempting 😂
Good boy Edmond!
Ed is owned and loved by Jenny 💕
Titan here for more training!
Who is continually proud of this big guy?! We are!! Ed’s first ride outside in the arena and with other riders! Fantastic! Oh yes don’t mind those goofy kids making funny faces at Eli 😂
Cough, cough Peyton 😂
We sure are going to miss Sam so much. He was a little unsure of the clippers in the beginning when he first came and now he could care less. As I stated in my video, carrots always help 😉
He’s been my favorite horse to ride these past couple months. Going to miss our time together but his mom sure is excited to get him home.
Thank you Roseanne for allowing me to love, care and train your amazing Clydesdale! He’s one very special guy 💕
Who doesn’t love playing with new sand 😂
Summer time equals riding outside more than inside!
Thank you Eli!!!
Proud of Edward today. I’ve spent countless hours teaching him to stand up for hoof picking everyday. Glad to report we could do his fronts without stocks or drugs!! Setting this big guy up for success! His owner doesn’t own stocks so I’ve been diligently working with him to stand up by himself 😊 thank you to my patient farrier Jason Crist and my husband Eli for making this a positive experience for Ed! Still working on the back feet but this is fantastic and great progress for Eddie! The end goal is for him to be 100% comfortable to stand in crossties for any farrier to trim him without stocks or sedation. Getting there little by little 💪🏻

Percy getting started today under saddle on the line! She was so well behaved! This mare is going to be a pleasure to start! Owned and loved by Karla Smith
Balerion
You go young man! Another show coming up this week for our black dragon with the white foot 😉 #Friesdale #smallbutmighty
Rainy Saturday evening but these guys love it!
Zeppelin, Balerion, Nina, and check out my old girl Easy!! She doesn’t canter much anymore but tonight look at her go!! Beautiful as always…..love these horses with all my soul 💕
Enjoy 😊
After a very looong day of training horses I took Nina out on a trail ride. She is the best! It’s nice to ride a horse that needs little to no guidance in life 😂
Thank you Nina 💕
Who doesn’t love Panda bear?! Bowen practiced driving today and then we went down the country road for a cool down drive 😃 #SmallbutMighty
“One of these doesn’t look like the other”
But then again we usually do not fit in anyway
Enjoy the ride and always keep smiling 😊
Rainy spring days means inside turnout. It’s important to us to make sure horses can still move, stretch, socialize, and roll on the days they cannot get outside. Imagine being stuck in your room day in and day out with no contact with your friends. Over the years we’ve learned how important these things are, even our show horses need this mental break and stimulation. We see happier, healthier horses in the show arena because of this!
Also hay 24/7 in front of horses on days like this not only helps to prevent ulcers but colic and boredom.
When the temps fluctuate we take the time to check on horses pretty frequently throughout the day and into the evening.
Stay dry everyone! And make it a great month of April!
Balerion coming right along in his training. His birthday is next month and he will finally be 3. This is only his 3rd ride. I take things nice and slow with the babies. His first show is in June under saddle but only if he’s ready. He will let me know and we will go from there. I’m not in any rush with the young ones. I’m going to have to figure out how to get his focus better as we go along, he wants to grab the reins in his mouth 😂🤦♀️
This is partially my fault as I allow him to lunge himself as he holds the lungeline in his mouth going around me 😂
I’m so proud of how relaxed he is though. He is enjoying our new adventure together. Love the babies!
Pistol, the yearling Quarter Horse colt owned by Alexa McQueen 🥰
Who says a leaf blower is scary 🫣
Not Pistol, he enjoys that wind blown look 😂
Welcome Patrick! While he is used to horses already these guys are slightly confused as to what is now brought into the barn 😂
Enjoy!
Rainy days
Rainy, cold days mean indoor playtime to romp and roll! Stay dry and warm everyone! Happy Tuesday!
Snow day 2024!
Don’t ever let Eli fool you he does love that steer of ours 😂 I caught him playing with Charger this morning in the snow 💕
