‼️A Message From Monica‼️

Today was my last day with the Doggie Stylz crew and tears were definitely shed. When I first started I had never held a pair of clippers in my life. Now, I couldn't imagine doing anything else. Unfortunately, life has a way of throwing curveballs and while I know the journey I'm going on now is necessary, the hardest part of leaving is going to be not seeing my clients and their furbabies that I've come to know and love. I will miss every one of you. I've only been here for about 3 years but I know the lessons I've learned and the people
and pups I've met will stick with me for a lifetime. Thank you all for opportunity know you. I'll miss you all. ❤️

‼️ Announcement ‼️

Unfortunately, as of June 12th, Monica will no longer be grooming with us due to her health and relocating. She expresses her love and best wish for all the clients and fur babies she's had the pleasure of meeting throughout the time she's been here. She will miss all of you.

With that being said, that means Karrie will be the only full time groomer with Mary helping where she can. This means there will be some changes coming that will affect our existing clientele.

🐶 We can only accept new clients on limited availability. Our existing clients are already excessive for two groomers. And, with Monica leaving the schedule will be even tighter

🐶 We have many recurring appointments for certain long term clients. In order to keep them on schedule, but not overwhelm Karrie with the amount, they maybe contacted with possible changes to the day of the week or time of day which they will be seen

There may be other changes to come and we appreciate any and all understanding during this time.

‼️‼️PSA‼️‼️

As most of our clients know, Karrie has undergone a surgery and will be out of the shop for the next 6-8 weeks. At the time, we were still able to adjust accordingly with 2 other groomers and Mary helping as well. However, due to unforseen circumstances, Monica is currently the only groomer now. Mary is still helping as much as possible but she also has her business to run which means Monica will be the primary groomer at the shop. We ask that you be patient with us as we try to adjust things so that appointments aren't missed but she isn't overwhelmed by the amount of grooms she'll be doing during the day.

We love and appreciate all of our clients and their fur babies. During this time, we would appreciate understanding and patience with us.

Just putting this out there I'm really sick and tired of people bringing in doodles that haven't been groomed in 7 months telling me they want to keep them long. NO!! your dog is matted I will do my best to keep it as long as possible. If you want it long doodles need groomed groomed at most every 4-6 weeks. I will not torture a dog. Furthermore Doodle coats are very hard to work with because they are a mixed breed dog they come in many types a textures. So you are charged according to matting type of cut and how well your dog acts with grooming. I have had in the last year my shoulder jacked up twice and my back injured the times in the past 3 months from doodles. So yes I charge more for them. My large doodles start at 70 and can be as much as 100. And I'm cheap compared to other local groomers I checked. I WILL GIVE NO REFUNDS PERIOD ON MATTED DOGS !!!!!

Tonight is calling for freezing temperatures and possible bad road conditions for tomorrow. We ask that if it is dangerous to drive, please stay home! We care more about the well-being of our clients than if you make your appointment. Please call us if you aren't able to make it tomorrow and we will reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. If our groomers are unable to make it in we will call and reschedule for that as well.

I want to give a huge thank you to Diaz gate and fencing for the new kennels. My customers 4 legged and two are gonna love these safe well made and endestructible. A little over a year ago I purchased new kennels that were not quality and the were all tore up within weeks. I look forward to doing more business with you all in the future

Due to the storms, our facility is currently without power and there is significant damage to our property. We are trying our best to clear things up, however we will have to cancel our grooming appointments for at least Tuesday, June 27th and Wednesday, June 28th. It's possible that we will have to cancel for other days as well but we're hoping power will be restored by Thursday. Those clients that have appointments on those aforementioned days, we will call and reschedule as soon as we are able.
