Lately, there have been more no shows/no calls than normal.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25. We understand that life happens and may give grace depending on the situation. The cancellation fee needs to be paid prior to your next appointment.
Please understand that when you don't show up we don't get paid. This is our livelihood and we rely on this income.
