Farmer Joe quickly harvesting the cilantro from the hot high tunnel, After cutting its rubber banded into bunchs immediatrely and put in the cooler to keep it as fresh as possible. This is our fourth planting of cilantro this season. With many more to come!

Today's 🌧 completely flooded our operation. Some one asked me if we could have to much rain a few days ago and me and my big mouth had to say you can never have enough with how dry it was last year.....welwhole... I changed my mind I think we have had enough for a while...
