I love permaculture! Eventually would like to start doing permaculture designs and installations for locals intrested in having a food forest in their back yard!

Been loving this "no knead" bread recipe! Easy to make even for a beginner baker lol yes "farmer joe" baking..... Well here's the deal... im looking to add some new products to our farm eventually hoping to have a commercial kitchen on site and of course I love fresh bread and want to master the art i love new challenges! I have had several failures and a few successes but I have found my flour i like and I have been changing this recipe and using lots of herbs added too dill and parsley and our own canned jalapeños yumm! Today I also added some SWO dryed sweet Italian pepper and garlic powder too it turned out amazing! I use organic all purpose flour and a organic British sharp cheddar with results seen below! Sorry my picture is kinda low qauility... imma farmer not a photographer.... or am I?
