Happy new year to all of our wonderful clients! I hope everyone had a great holiday and was able to spend the time with your fur babies as well as loved ones.

Just would like to let everyone know starting FEBRUARY 1st we will be having a price increase and also adding a NO-SHOW FEE of 50% of grooming price. You will not be charged to reschedule an already existing appointment. Any questions feel free to call the shop.

Summer time is just around the corner! We would like to take a moment to let everyone know that we are looking for a groomer and bather for our locations. Groomer experience needed. Bather doesn’t need experience (as we will teach) but if they have experience that’s more than welcomed too. Thank you! Have a good summer everyone!

Good morning pet parents, just would like to let everyone know that both big sweetie locations are NOT taking new clients at this time. We will be accepting new clients again in August. Just with the high demand on appointments we would like to make it easier for our existing clients to get in. We will be down a groomer due to medical reasons and when they return we will take on new clients. Thank you for understanding and hope everyone has a wonderful summer!

Also: appointments are in high demand, please arrange your pets grooming appointment sooner than later. As we get into warmer weather we tend to book faster. We are about 2 weeks out on appointments and our saturdays book super fast!
