Our lobby is closed on all major holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day we do not offer pick ups or drop offs. For “Black Friday” and the Eves, we offer appointment based pick ups and drop offs 🐶

We are fully booked for all howlidays - but don’t hesitate to get on our waitlists! All deposits are non-refundable for any cancellation reason. 🗓️

$5 Turkey Paw Art and $10 Thanksgiving Canvases are available until December 1st! Then we roll over to Reindeer Paw Art and Christmas Canvases ❄️🎄🐾

We kindly ask all grooming clients to pick up their dogs within two hours of being notified they’re ready and no more than one hour before their scheduled drop-off time.

Due to limited space, a $5 per hour per dog fee will apply if your pup stays longer than the allowed time. This helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures we have space for all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible experience for you and your pups! 🐶💖
