This is two year-old Onyx! He’s a Dutch Shepherd rescue Who was very smart, but had a lot of anxiety to overcome. He was rescued from Louisiana and clearly had some serious trauma to overcome. He was afraid of everything, even his shadow and simple things like Flooring or the ground changing from Concrete to gravel. One of the biggest things he had to overcome was anxiety which came across as reactivity/aggression towards children. As you can see, he is laying here calm and feeling very safe and sound, despite probably 30 children running around him after school on a playground! I’ve been doing this for 33 years so I have a tremendous amount of experience from everything from pure aggression to simple obedience training with a puppy. This is just another example of a a simple exercise that can build confidence and display what a dog can overcome with a proper leadership!

It’s that time again where everybody is getting back out and walking their dogs. What does that mean? It means that we are probably seeing and experiencing a lot of different behaviors that are both unnecessary and very unpleasant with our dogs! Ex… is your DOG WALKING YOU? Is your dog jumping on you and other people when they are excited? Are they barking incessantly at people and other dogs, acting reactive or even aggressive? Doesn’t matter what it is I can fix it with you! Now is the time to train. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve put it off. Don’t put it off any longer. YOU CAN ALWAYS TRAIN AN OLD DOG, NEW TRICKS! I’ve trained aggressive, dogs, and dogs with absolutely no obedience as old as nine years old.
IF YOU TRAIN THEM WHEN THEIR PUPPIES, LIKE LITTLE (13 weeks old) MAJA, ON THE VIDEO, THEY ONLY KNOW OBEDIENCE AND SAFETY! Maja will be able to be taken anywhere on or off leash and will never run off because she was taught right from the start to come when called/a perfect recall. Obedience is freedom! Teaching your dog that you’re in charge (the PAC leader) is freedom. It might be freedom from fear, it might be as simple as freedom from a leash, Freedom from always having to be fenced in, or freedom from reactivity or aggression towards dogs and people etc. If you teach your dog that you are gentle but still an assertive leader it shows them that you will in fact protect them for the rest of their life! Give your dog security and ease your mind, get your dog trained as soon as possible! Any dogs instinct is to follow the strong. So if you are a strong, loving, consistent leader, your dog will happily obey and automatically feel safe. That takes away fear and securities and the dog having to react on its own, which may be in a negative way like biting. Training may save his or her life someday or even someone elses depending on your dog issues, you never know! I hope to hear from all
Graduation day for both Draco and his new daddy! He they are going for a hike, enjoying their day on a couple hundred acres out in the woods together for the first time. And then I requested Noah, the owner, to put Draco in a sit and stay and go out of sight. Noah did in fact do that and Draco did rise to the challenge and sit and say for over three minutes out of sight from about 75 yards away in a brand new place, With his dad handling him for just the third time! I’m so proud of Draco and so honored to have met Noah. Now you are a great man the great heart for dogs and people!
DRACO AND DADDY
After three failed homes here is Draco and his new forever daddy! Apparently number four is Draco’s lucky number! This is his owners first time handling him in the store and second time ever handling him. They are truly a great match!
One of the points I wanna make regarding this video is TRAINING WORKS! I myself and not work Draco in about a year when he first Home and Training, and this is Noah’s second time ever handling Draco. Dogs do not try to reinvent the wheel. it does not matter who is handling a dog as long the dog and handler are working cohesively. (with the same commands and ques) ANY dog will happily/willingly follow and submit to an assertive, gentle leader! It is a meet within them to follow the strong! They always function in a hierarchy! Draco just did a perfect sit and stay out of site with a brand new handler after over a year and working with him! Train train train!!!!🥰
Thank you to everyone who helped share this video and kept Draco in their prayers! Great job, Noah thank you for loving Draco!! ❤️ I’ll see you soon when we meet up with Onyx and Draco together, for onyx’s graduation from training!!!!! :-)
Train a puppy up in the way he should go and when he/she is old, he shall not depart from it!
Graduation day! Here is Mom And Dad working with their newly adopted Doberman, Twix! Everyone please train your puppies right away. They should be getting trained from the day you get them no matter how young or old start training them. It makes it much easier on your baby because they know no different. They just think it’s a way of life and of course it makes your life much easier and give the dog freedom to run anytime anywhere on or off leash.
eight month old chocolate lab named Max practicing his down and stay!
This is Max! He behaves completely different from when he first started training. When he first started training, he wouldn’t sit he wouldn’t lay down. He would drag the owner and even myself as hard as he could for as far as he could. Now he knows voice commands hand, commands, a three minute sit and stay out of sight, a perfect recall, no more jumping barking, nipping, and here he is for the first time out in public with his owner for their second lesson practicing his five minute down and stay out of sight. He is laying right in the entryway of Farm & Fleet. The doors are opening and closing, People, children, dogs walked right past him,, and of course carts were being pushed, past him behind him around him and he never moved a muscle! awesome job Judy and Max! You are a sweet, sweet boy and I’m very proud of you. Great job mom!
ADOPT!!!!!
This is 19 month old handsome Draco! He’s a beautiful purebred Doberman pincher. He is the perfect all-around family dog. He is great with animals of all kinds and sizes. He absolutely adores children, as he has been raised with a toddler and older youth/teenagers. He is the life of the party, the clown of clowns, a total goofball at heart, as sweet as pie, yet as smart as a whip. He is trained with voice and hand commands. He knows his sit and stay out of sight, down and stay out of sight, perfect front/recall, and heal! He does it all, from just hanging out in the backyard, to hiking, playing with children, running and racing with dogs, taking naps on his back and he loves water too! Draco is a very definition of gentle giant!
If you’re looking for the perfect family dog, GREAT come on out and do a meet and greet! JUST REMEMBER I AM LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT “FOREVER” FAMILY, AND I WILL SETTLE FOR NOTHING LESS!!!!!
There will be a minimum of three mandatory lessons that will need to be taken before Draco goes home with you and it is providing you work well with him. I do want an assertive pack leaders as he is a follower.
He’s up-to-date on his shots and recently dewormed!

Eli graduates from Three week lesson program!
This is Eli He graduated from my three week program of private lessons. Each week, his owner, him and myself met for three weeks and I gave them homework. His owner did an amazing job with follow through doing her homework and now Eli is 100% trained after only three weeks and never needed to leave home! Way to go Eli Way to go, mom!
Puppy Progress!!
This is 19 week old Penny, a chocolate lab. This is my training facility about 100 acres and this is her first time out in this section of the property where she can see peacocks, pheasants, ducks, geese along with Dogs, donkeys, horses and People coming in and out of the house and the out buildings as well. All these different things are distractions, which she is learning to overcome and stay while in her sit and stay... even when out of sight. This is just a little peak into how I train and make progress with dogs of ALL AGES, ISSUES, AND BREEDS. The goal is extending their focus and attention, while controlling their curiosity and excitement while having fun and instilling self control!
Building confidence and taking our training he next step!
This is Moose, a three year-old springer spaniel (four on 4/9). Before he came to me, he was tramadol several times per day to keep him calm. His owner thought that he suffered from anxiety and so that's all they knew to do. (not to be offensive, but only informative, I definitely do not ever recommend this) Moose does not suffer from anxiety, just lack of exercise, and DEFINITELY not having a job. Don't get me wrong. The owners did the best they could but there were some things missing. He is a typical springer spaniel with extreme energy. He is meant to run and hunt. He's not with a family that's going to hunt him but at least now he can run totally free and they don't have to worry about him taking off. This is an example of us working on our obedience. As you can see, he doesn't do everything perfect, but he did excellent considering it was his first time in a store... part of the process. I also walked out of the store out through the front doors where he knew he came from which is a huge test. It was only a short duration, but it was a great accomplishment because it showed me that he is learning that even though I go out of sight, out the door (to him safety, or home) that he is now trusting me to come back. He is trusting me and submitting to me and it's all through repetition, and as you can see at the end of the video, huge rewards through Total excitement, which again is natural, and all Dogs natural language! 🙂 He could see me part of the time as you can see on the video but most of the time I was out of sight. Anyways here's an example of one part of the process to my training. He didn't just have to sit and stay. But he had to sit and stay while I walked away (dogs are pack animals so for them to stay, while we walk away is huge because it's very unnatural) overcoming the urge to run to people because he's extremely social, staying when he saw grocery carts going by which he had never seen before,(overcoming fear or nerves), the big doors opening
Our beautiful sheep dog, Tucker!
Tucker a one year old sheep dog is doing a long @ a 6 minute down and stay, out of sight.
Before he came here he was the biggest chicken ever! Trying to get a sheet of paper between him and his sweet owner, Pam, was nearly impossible. This is just one exercise I use to help build an insecure dog's confidence.
This is his mom's first time taking him out and about in hundreds of acres working him. Not only is Tucker's confidence growing, but so is his owners.
I require all owners to participate in mandatory lessons at the end of the training so I can be sure the owners and their fur baby are working happily and smoothly as a wonderful team!
Pam, you have done a great job stepping out of your comfort zone and leading your boy. He is so sweet and gentle.
Thank you for the cute pics and updates! See you 3 soon I hope! 🤞 😊
Family time!
Two year old Poppi a Boston terrier is having her first family lesson.
I'll only train a dog if their owners agree to have lessons with me at the end of the training. This is probably one of the most important and pivotal parts of the training. During this process, the dogs understand that there is a new set of rules for them with their owners outside of the home, and when they go home. This helps the dogs to feel set and secure in what they've learned and, of course tools the owners belt, so they know how to handle their dog in any and all situations. The lessons process is very important because this is when the mastership is passed from myself to the owners and even children depending on the age.
This process builds the owners confidence to grow in the training and their puppy. This then all allows their furr baby to be able to stay in their home forever!!
Also, I stand by my training forever. So, if they are struggling in anyway for the remainder of the dogs life, all they have to do is send a text or pick up the phone and we are able to meet and see what the struggle is so they can continue moving forward and over any struggle at any time!! Great job Poppi and family! ♥️♥️
Can't argue results!
This is how a dog turns out when raised with consistent, exercise, discipline and love! Doesn't matter the breed, pitbull, mastiff, German shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, or poodles teddy bears, chihuahuas .... raise it with aggression, get an aggressive dog! Raise it the way I just stated above, get the dog below!!!!
Rookie working on a sit and stay
This is Rookie! He is a two year old rescue. He is sweet, so so so smart, and, of course, as you can see gorgeous! Here he is in the process of learning to overcome any and all distractions doing a sit and stay with me in eyesight, and then out of eyesight!
Sweet Lexi
This is sweet Lexi!! Lexi was adopted at about 10 months old from the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin about 4 years ago. From the time her family met her until taking her home she was very nervous and scared.
Unfortunately things didn’t work out for them the way they thought after getting her. Instead of her settling in and getting better her fear grew and grew, and as usual turned into fear aggression. It became so bad that she would growl, bark, and bite (I wd call it more of a nip) while retreaing to keep people away. She did all SHE KNEW AS A DOG to keep herself safe. They struggled tremendously with lexi’s behavior efore bringing her to me. They tried 3 trainers, 2 vet behaviorists, and one vet who said, “euthanize her.” Finally they settled on sedating her to help her with her anxiety. For two years she was on 175 mg of trazodone, three times per day. Unfortunately for almost 5 years of her life, Lexi’s parents were misinformed consistently and constantly over and over again.
However, fortunately for Lexi, she has OWNERS that NEVER gave up on her, and they would soon find out all little Lexi needed was someone to communicate with her correctly!
She was scared. She was nervous. Who knows what she went through before they got her!! She needed reassurance. She needed strength. She needed a pack leader!! All dogs, have a hierarchy and follow the strong, even alpha dogs. BUT, ESPECIALLY DOGS THAT ARE NOT NATURAL LEADERS!
Well here is a video of sweet Lexi detoxed off her medication, relaxing, and on her way to being totally trained and trust worthy!!
Here is a short video of her being a noodle 🤣 and displaying how much she truly felt safe with me.
Lexi has been home for about two months now and is still doing great. There will be more videos to follow. This is just a short video to show some of the steps I achieve with all dogs, but especially dogs that need to overcome fear aggression.
Benny after training
No more biting tires bikes go-carts, or children!!!
So here is after videos of BENNY!!! Yahoooooooooo!!!!!
The first video posted Sept 27th was before training with his owner. (I had to remove the first video on this post or I couldn’t share it so, u will hv to scroll back to sept 27th. I am sorry)
Benny used to get so overly excited with chasing things, he would become completely obsessed and would start biting anything that moved, sometimes even children.
After a couple incidents they knew they had three choices. One, rehome him to someone else with the same issues, two euthenize him, or three, training. They chose training!!!❤️❤️
So when I start working a dog on heal I use my voice everytime I use the leash, and in time the dog associates my voice with the command. The goal is to be able to remove the leash and have the dog respond to my voice just as well if I had a leash on him or her. As u can see in the video, the little girl driving the gator is using her voice in the same manner and Benny is taking the necessary cues from her.
Here is also a great example of the results from a child taking the lessons along with the parents at the end of the training. Everyone in the household needs to be the leader!
