Miss Poppy helped the team set up for a patient’s dental procedure and then decided she should keep the blankets warm for the patient 😅♥️ we have officially had 3 pets celebrate dental month with us and saved their owners 10% by doing so! First babies to get dentals during dental month! These two babies left today with brand new, white pearly smiles. Our team was so happy to spend the day with these two because they are just so cuddly.

If you received our new year email you know we have some exciting changes happening in the hospital. Our team has been hard at work preparing so that these changes will positively impact the clients, the patients, and the team at the hospital.
Our hospital will be closed from 12pm-2pm(approx) today for team training on our new communications, pet portal, and ONLINE BOOKING software. We are so excited for these new tools that will help us better serve our pet parents in the care of their pets. Keep your eyes out for more information to come!
If you call or text while we are in training one of our exceptional team members will respond upon our return. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, we apologize for any inconveniences.

If you have been into the hospital recently you may have met the wonderful, FUTURE DOCTOR Muenich; who is doing her clinical rotation with us while she finishes her final months of veterinary school.

We wanted to spotlight her on our page because during her time with us she received the AMAZING news that she passed her NAVLE boards!!! 🥳 The NAVLE is an exam that all Veterinary Student must pass in order to become a Veterinarian (in any state), and it is no small feat to pass. We know that took dedication, countless hours, and a commitment to her education and future patients. As of May 7th, upon graduation, she will become Rayanne Muenich, DVM and that deserves some major CONGRATULATIONS. Help us in celebrating her here, and maybe the next time your pet is in the hospital 😍🐾❤

Well, it is time we make it official.....

Everyone we would like you to meet Princess Poppy ❤🐾 During quieter times in the hospital you may see her running around the lobby, or looking out the front windows just observing the world.

Otherwise, if you have not gotten to meet Miss Poppy and do not see her out and about do not hesitate to ask a team member to find her for you to meet. She is currently learning how to be safe around our puppy dog patients as she is a very small in comparison. We look forward to sharing her with our furry friends and family that we have made, and cannot wait to see her personality develop.

We have an overstock of Simparica Trio that is set to expire in February and March of 2025 and rather than waste the product we would like to use it as a way to give back to our community during this holiday season. From now until our stock is depleted we will be doing 30% off the listed Trio sizes, AND $25 Heartworm tests for any patient purchasing the listed Trio who does not have a current test on file.

(If your pet has a current annual heartworm test, and has not lapsed on prevention then the heartworm test is not necessary to purchase prevention.)

We would like to introduce our newest team member! 🥹💗 This sweet baby is a little girl, Domestic Longhaired, Orange and White Tabby. Her workplace skillsets include, getting under foot, keeping laps warm, causing chaos, and being the cutest, fluffy butt to exist. We would like y'all to help us pick out her name, the team has a favorite so far but we also want to see what our family of clients think as well!

We are happy to announce that internet services were returned overnight and our hospital is back to full functionality. We want to thank all of our clients for being so patient while our team worked their behinds off to keep patient care flowing, y'all made a very hard day much easier to push through. Also shout out to Jarrell Community Library and Resource Center for helping us get our patient lab forms printed (if you did not know they are a wonderful community resource for providing assistance; with the ask of donations to help cover expenses for supplies used).
