Just a reminder.. let your Pickens friends and family know if they are in need of a low cost option for spay and neuter! Come to TRACTOR SUPPLY ON Saturday, April 13th from 9:30 to Noon located at East Church Street in Jasper.

LIMITED CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Certificates issued will then be redeemed at the following Spay/Neuter clinics:

Catsnip Spay/Neuter Services of GA, LLC will be at Lee Newton Park and Ride on 5/1/24, Appts available for cats only.

All the Fixins in Ball Ground on 4/30 (scheduled first) and 5/9 for both dogs and cats

PLEASE MAKE SURE THESE DATES FIT YOUR SCHEDULE AS THESE CERTIFICATES ARE ONLY VALID FOR THESE DATES.

Once these clinics are filled, no more certificates can be issued.

So again, please come early as limited certificates available.

DRIVE THRU DOG FOOD PANTRY!

Our friends at Georgia Dog Advocates will be at Lee Newton Park in the Park & Ride lot Thursday, April 20th between 11AM and 1PM to provide FREE dry and wet dog food and treats to families in need. They are bringing enough supplies to help 100 families!

Georgia Dog Advocates' mission is to spay & neuter pets and to provide assistance so loved pets can stay in their homes. Check out their website at www.gadogadvocates.org for more information.

We would like to thank everyone who braved the weather to stop by and shop our huge yard sale and support our community pet food program.

Special appreciation to Paul and Susan Horton of Hortons Canine, Pat Sneed, Joe Herdman and Debbie Stover for all of their help! We raised much needed feed and hay funds for the herd.

Certificate Cost: $30 for cats and $50 for dogs.
Cash or check only please.

Must be a Pickens County Ga. resident to purchase.
These subsidized certificates are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Limit one certificate per household.

Supplies are limited and will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Once 30 people are in line... the sale is over.

Certificate holders will have 90 days to schedule their spay or neuter appointment with the Animal Medical Clinic of Jasper.

Kibble 2 Care Inc. will be at Hortons Quality K9 Equipment in Jasper,GA from 2 until we run out of pet supplies. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5th.

We will be providing FREE PET FOOD & SUPPLIES to any residents in the area that are in need of supplies for their pets.

308 Hood Road, Jasper GA 30143

Absolutely no requirements besides a valid ID!

A few things to note:

- We are expecting a large amount of pet families to be at this event. Please arrive in a timely manner to secure your pet food.
We will not start distributing until exactly 2PM to be fair for all.

- We can not take requests for specific brands of pet food.

- The purpose of this event is to provide families with free pet food and supplies, in hopes of reducing owner surrenders in the local community due to financial means.
