This is Merlin and Minerva’s FIRST successful clutch! I’m hopeful we get some good eggs out of Matilda as well, fingers crossed!🤞🤞🤞 More blazing blue collared lizard babies are on the way!

These two little ones were picked up and taken to their new home recently! It was bittersweet as it always is, but I’m SUPER stoked and proud to be able to provide captive bred Stenodactylus sthenodactylus to the hobby. 🙌

These little dune geckos are such an underrated species but they seriously are such a joy to have. Super active hunters and engineers, they will DIG and make adorable burrows if provided enough substrate with *just* the right consistency and moisture level. 👌😅

Merlin is just ✨ SO BLUE ✨ every time I look at him I’m amazed. I love his unique pattern as well I’ve never had a collared lizard who looks like him.

He was an obvious hold back from two summers ago. Produced by Atlas and Andromeda my blazing blue pair. I’m really hopeful that I will get some offspring from him and his two new blazing blue ladies this year. 🤞🤞🤞

Two Stenodactylus Sthenodactylus appeared in their enclosure!!
They’re SOOO teeny tiny!

In my limited experience with this species, I find it best to leave them to their business, in terms of breeding. If they’re happy and kept well, they’ll drop eggs like gang busters and keep producing in their enclosure without much interference. 🙌🥰
