October's here and it's time for our Librela patient of the Month!

Cassie is a 14 year old Border Collie who comes in every 4 weeks for her Librela injection. She still has some issues, as any old lady does, but she hops around and loves coming in to get lovins here at the clinic.

If you want to get your older pet moving around again, give us a call here at the clinic and we'd love to get you in to talk about Librela (or even Solensia if you have an older kitty!)

You probably recognize these beautiful ladies if you've been into Country Doctor, but did you know that they're the bosses?

These two wonderful women are responsible for keeping the Country Doctor functioning as the clinic most of you have come to love and expect. They keep our world turning! (probably the entire world turning too if we're being honest)

Ashley is a dedicated mother, animal lover and wife who has been with the CDV crew for 19 years! She's responsible for making sure your pet gets exactly what it needs and keeping relations smooth with our providers. She's currently got 5 dogs; four of her own and one fospice named Poppy. She also has an entire gaggle of cats, with one being another medical foster. She has the biggest heart!

Carly is a driven baseball mom, wife and lover of all animals. She's been with the CDV crew for 18 years and is also hugely involved in Jefferson's little league and travel baseball. She's responsible for making sure your pet can be seen when it needs to be and that we're here to see it! She's currently the owner of 3 huge puppies & two dastardly cats. She has an eye for the scraggly babies.

Owner Found!

Hello! This little lady was found in Jefferson today. She's wearing a black collar with a dog license and a worn out flea collar (that is NOT working, she's got some ride alongs). No microchip. If you recognize her, please call the clinic here at 4405769440. We're here until 12, if she's not claimed, she'll go home with one of our staff members for the rest of the weekend.

September's Librela Patient of the month is a little late, but it's Mr Bones!

Bones is doing amazingly at home! He's been getting around better and even though he doesn't like coming in to see us, we can see that he's looking much more comfortable!

Just a quick PSA for those of us in the community with pets! We recommend if you have puppies, immunosuppressed dogs, or unvaccinated pets at home that you PLEASE avoid taking them anywhere unnecessarily. If you would like to schedule an appointment to get your dogs vaccines up to date and make sure you're as safe as possible, give us a call and we can get you on the schedule!

We're finally ready to make this post!

Patches is looking for a new home! He's been with us for a few months now, getting some TLC and having a good time being spoiled here.

Patches is:
• Silly 🤪
• Loving 🥰
• The cutest old man 👴🏻
• a treat fiend 🍪
• great at riding in the car 🚗
• Snuggly 🤗

He doesn't do amazing with cats, he likes to chase them if they run and can be very pushy. He's AMAZING with other dogs, kids and people though. He could use a brushing up on his manners, but nothing that would stop him from being a great dog in the house. He does kennel well, but would really love a nice comfy recliner to hang out in. He does have some chronic skin issues, but they're being managed well with weekly baths, and monthly allergy injections.

🐾 Say "Hi!" to our P-awesome Librela Patient of the Month, Jaxon! 👋🏻

Jaxon has been getting his monthly Librela injections for the past 6 months & his mom says he's been getting around great!

Jaxon went from taking a daily anti-inflammatory, to needing it every once in awhile. He played hard last month, running every day with other dogs and didn't even need a dose!
