Driveway install for Cottonwood Farms

Final grade, seed and straw in Crawford, GA

Installed a 40x32 parking pad for a concrete slab.
Semi-final grade for proper drainage and slicked down site to dry out faster. Be back in a week or so as soon as the slab is poured for the final grade, seed and straw.

65x75 pad compacted and set on grade (+/- 1") ready for slab. Swells cut for proper drainage and topsoil reinstalled for minimal erosion.

Final grade. Was a little too wet to do and of course somewhat lumpy but had to get it in for CO! At least they'll get a good stand of grass.

Had to dig this ole birch stump out of a crawl space. ~15' in diameter and roots as big as limbs. No contest for the stump grinder. 😳
