Had a fabulous weekend with the Grotty Agility crew at LeapsNBounds Dog Agility! We had over 600 runs, rocked out 80s jams, enjoyed a toy mosh pit, and got to see some hot air balloons.
Thank you to everyone that came out and played! Thank you Amber and Monica for hosting and for the amazing build crew!!! Thank you Rebecca Hill for the drinks and judging chats!
On to seminar day today!
Have big dreams for 2025 and not sure how to get there? 🤩
Maybe you’ve been struggling to train something, and just haven’t seen the progress you’d like?😣
Or maybe you’re dealing with over-arousal and thinking you’ll never “click” with your dog. 🥺
I’m here to help with High Performance Online Coaching!!!
Get the fully personalized coaching you’ve been missing with exercises tailored to your dog, your needs, and your training space.
Each week we’ll meet by zoom and go through your videos together, breaking them down frame by frame to give you a totally new perspective on what’s going on in each of your training sessions. From there I’ll provide you with new exercises to work through, completely tailored to your team!
Checkout what students have been saying:
“I’ve progressed more with you in 3 months than I had all year!”
“You really focus on the specific skills instead of just running courses all the time.”
“I like the frame by frame video review; it lets me see exactly what my body is doing and how my dog is reacting.”
I’m happy to help move you forward! You can find more info about the program here: https://www.houndsofheck.com/online-coaching

This weekend I had the joy of teaching US Open prep camp at Get Rev'd Agility! Since we had two full days with the same teams, Saturday we focused on breaking down some of the common skills seen from this year’s US Open judges.
On Sunday we focused on clean round training and running under pressure, and the coolest thing was we had time to practice Gamblers and Snooker. The group was super collaborative and after trying each games course once, came back out to strategize more efficient paths to gather more points and make it further through the closing.
I even whipped Ms. Rue out to try our joint 7,6,5 Snooker plan!
I’ll post maps in the comments, Snooker was nested off Claudette MO’s MS Jumping course, and Gamblers off Marko Makela’s MS Agility.
Thank you Rosanne Wesemann for having me out! And thank you to all the teams who came out and tried hard things! You guys are going to kick ass at the Open!
Perfect day of training my best girls in the beautiful rings at Run Wild Dog Sports 🥰
They still have spaces in Summer Camp if you’d like to come join me!
Back on Track USA
After a nearly 4 week break from all activity, it felt amazing to get back into the ring yesterday. We were a little out of sorts as I tried to figure out what my ankles could and could not do, but the dogs had a great time!
Most excitingly both girls competed at 24”, which marks Rue’s first time back to 24” since her injury and Ember’s first time competing at 24”. We had a few bars, but overall I was so happy with how they handled the added height!!!
A huge thank you to UDog Agility for hosting these trials in our backyard, and to Fast Times for finding some way to keep my 3 x 24” dogs from being conflicted 💖
And thank you Back on Track USA for helping to keep me dogs in top shape!
Biathlon Agility UKI Invitational
Agility is a super hard sport. One minute you’re flying high on a gorgeous connected run, and the next your face planting…literally.
In all seriousness, I’m totally ok, and thank you to everyone who checked on me!!!
If there’s one thing I’m proud of this weekend, it’s walking away knowing I never gave up. (Horse girls… am I right? 💁♀️)
Rue cat won 20” Challengers at the 1-TDC UKI North American Invitational!!!
