An ode to our perfectly precious Peanut 🥜
We simply cannot believe this distinguished gentleman hasn’t been scooped up yet! It makes zero sense why this gem of a pup keeps getting passed over 🥺
Peanut is all about fun, his tail never stops wagging, he’s always ready for a good time🕺
His shelter paperwork says he’s 7 years old, but at his last vet visit they guessed he’s closer to 4 — so in Chihuahua years, he’s practically a baby! His energy is boundless, and he tackles every day with the enthusiasm of a puppy 🐶
Peanut is the epitome of a “lap dog,” preferring to be as close as possible, and he’ll happily settle right on your lap if given the chance 🤗
Peanut knows the “crate” command and happily eats and sleeps in his crate 🤓
Peanut would love a dog sibling to play with, he adores his foster sister Allegra 👫
Peanut is the perfect balance of cuddly and playful. He loves to play tug & fetch 🎾

Dolly is a quiet, calm 65lb American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is known to be a varsity couch potato. Everyone loves Dolly; she has gotten along with all her fellow fosters and resident dogs - large, small, male, female - you name it. Dolly even does well with cats and keeps to herself. She is is a wonderful leash walker, crate trained and housetrained!
