ARF's cutie - CHER

This little terrier mix was found stranded on a busy highway in Wayne County in poor health. A new foster stepped in to mend and shower Cher with love.

Now she is 7 mos and almost 25 #'s . A big thank you to her foster family who has shown her love and helped her heal. She is now spayed and current on all shots.

Cher's jet black ears are just waiting for someone to sing... I GOT YOU BABE! 🥰

She has so many talents...walks great on a leash, loves putting her toys away, she loves her doggie door & fenced in backyard... AND THE BEAT GOES ON....

ARF’s Misty

Misty is a spayed brown eyed “Blue” 6-9 month old 40 lb Boston Terrier mix (some say hound, some say bulldog)… her foster says she’s a cutie!

Found on a holiday week on a wooded dirt road, emaciated and tick ridden, Misty is a survivor. Per the vets, her tail was broken (now healed) in two spots, so it will never be a thick tail. Although it’s crooked Misty still wags it when happy.

Misty utilizes the doggie door non stop to run zoomies in her fosters big back yard along with the other dogs that are twice her size. She even met a Great Dane and went nose to nose without issues.

Misty loves…. Food! her foster is still working on the food feeding, so for now she is fed in a crate until all the dogs are done eating.

Misty says many of her favorite things… besides food (lol), she loves her doggie door, big fenced yard, playing and barking with other bigger dogs. Snoozing on the couch, sleeping with her humans is a priority. Her favorite color is purple.

Misty says no to the following: fussing at her because she likes taking shoes, socks, out the doggie door into the yard, not being able to finish other dogs meals, esp. doesn’t like be toweled dried when wet. Traffic scares her, but pawing at frogs doesn’t. She’s very shy at first, but is a happy furbaby.

Is this your dog? Looks like black shepherd and is with 2 small black and tan looking shepherds. Running loose near Orange and 4th St. Please help get them home safely! They ran in traffic when approached.

ARF introduces…SONNY

This cute Terrier mix is 15 lbs of love. Creamy tan fur with floppy ears and is now available for adoption!

Sonny loves playing with dogs his size and energy level. At 8 mos old, Sonny is already crate trained, housebroken, neutered and on heartworm prevention. He is the total package!

TILLY has been adopted !!!!!! We have had Tilly since she was a baby! Thank you so much Dory and Jill for fostering this sweet girl! Tilly Said, “ I am so thankful for my new family!” I slept in their bed my first night there! I also have a sister who is super sweet and accepted me right away! Love and kisses! 🐾❤️ Tilly also said, “ please consider rescuing a shelter dog. Don’t be a Dumper! Be an Adopter!!!!! Happy Tails Tilly!
