Black Pearl Oysters are back on the menu!🍄

A cross between King Trumpet and Blue Oysters, they are great for shape and texture. Harvested young they resemble a smaller King Trumpet while fruiting in clusters like traditional oysters. Enjoy every part of these mushrooms from the cap down to the stem. They are great for searing and stir-fry where you’d want to showcase their texture. 🍄🌿💥

After over a year of learning, and many failed attempts, we have successfully grown our first Maitake! We are still perfecting the process in order to offer them regularly but we will have a limited supply at our farmers market tomorrow. Be sure to come early if you would like some! 🍄

Our farmers market favorite is hands down Lions Mane, whether it’s for their neuroprotective benefits or the million ways you can cook them, it makes sense why they are so popular! This week we will be bringing a metric buttload (actual unit of measurement, look it up) so be sure to come out to the Sea Island Farmers Market on Saturday 9:30-1:30! 🍄🌿

Our new sterilizer’s have arrived and we couldn’t be more excited to increase our production as well as begin offering grow kits! 🍄

Harvesting our first batch of Reishi! We will be dehydrating and selling these powdered or message us to purchase them whole. These medicinal mushrooms make great tinctures, teas, or added to smoothies and baked goods. They are adaptogenic and help the immune and nervous system find balance🙌🍄
