Sweet Scooby presented for a distended abdomen most likely from heart failure. Our team was able to quickly step in and remove almost 10 liters of fluid!! Scooby was feeling much better and even ate a snack before heading home. She was the perfect patient and we are so glad we were here to help.

👁️ 🐕 Sweet Charlie had a big day last week after his mom and dad noticed that his left eye was becoming cloudy and uncomfortable. After some tests, it was determined that Charlie had an anterior lens luxation and secondary glaucoma. This would require emergency surgery to preserve vision. Thankfully, our friends were ready to help and Charlie is home and doing well.

There are many reasons for lens luxation; however being a handsome Australian cattle dog predisposes Charlie to having weaker ligaments which normally hold the lens of the eye tightly in place. His eyes will need to be closely monitored for the rest of his life. Charlie is the best and so brave ❤️
