We have some of the sweetest, funniest, most playful, snuggliest, well-adjusted cats we are caring for in our foster homes!

But they deserve more. They deserve families who will focus on them giving them the love and attention they crave. They deserve a valentine of their own to share not just this year with, but for the next 15 or more years! You'll never be alone if you adopt a cat!

💜Rosie & Velvet💜

Do you want a kitty that will be glued to you for snuggles when you're sleeping? Then Rosie is your girl!! Rosie is a loveable little girl who just loves all her kitty friends and her foster humans. Rosie has been raised in a foster home since day one when her mom was pregnant and rescued from an abusive house. Rosie is the biggest kitty in her group of siblings, she will be a big girl. Rosie loves to play with all kinds of toys and that includes toys that aren't meant for kitties such as a random stink bug that makes it into the kitty room or her foster mom's pens. She is often snuggling with one of her siblings on the cat tower or curled up on the bed. Rosie is a very happy girl and plays nicely with her friends. Noises and lots of energy don't scare this girl away from fun. If you would like to meet Rosie then please fill out an application.

Velvet will keep you warm on a cold Winter night with her endless snuggles. Velvet is a petite little house panther looking for her forever home. She has the cutest coat of fur with having a grey undertone to her black silkiness. Velvet and her siblings were born in a foster home after their pregnant mom was taken out of an abusive house. She is an energetic kitten that loves running around with her siblings in the kitty foster room. Velvet will chase any wand toy or laser light that she sees and is often zooming from one spot to the next. Cute little velvet is exactly that, cute and little . She still needs to grow into her big ears though. She loves attention and snuggles on a warm blanket. If you are interested in meeting Velvet then please fill out an application today.

Both girls love their spring toys all treats and are HUGE love bugs. They look almost identical except in weight. They do not need to be adopted together but would like the company of another kitty friend.

Beautiful Phoenix is looking for an EXTRA special home. If you are a good fit, put in an application or if you know someone who would be a fit, please share with them. This beautiful girl deserves a place to call home 💜

Well, grab your tissues and get ready to meet Phoenix! Phoenix was rescued as a young kitten after she was kept in a dark garage and abused, and eventually swung over someone’s head and thrown over a fence. She was very traumatized and had to have her embedded collar cut off her neck. It took several months to even be able to touch her she has been a foster home for over a year and a half, she has made great strides and becoming a wonderful companion cat. She does however still have her PTSD flashbacks. She is very very playful. She loves feather wands and laser, pointers cat tunnels and crunchy balls. Any kind of toy you can think of. She will play with. She is very much still a kitten at heart. She is almost 2 years old now. Phoenix does like to lay next to you on the couch and you can pet her on her terms. She definitely lets you know when she’s done she will need someone who is experienced with Moody cats. She loves her foster mom‘s daughter who is 23 she cuddles with her at night she’s constantly on her lab she carries her around, but when she’s done she’s done she does not get along well with other cats. She would probably be best as an only cat. She has had very limited dog interactions so I’m not sure how that would go. She would probably do best just to be by herself, an ideal home for Phoenix would be as an only pet with someone who’s willing to work with her and teach her that she can be happy and not have to worry about being abused I think with times she will eventually get over that she was doing really well on her anxiety drops, which will come with her she cannot be with young kids. So if someone’s willing to give her the space she needs she is actually a very nice cat. She just has her issues and once you figure out her triggers, you just avoid doing that and she will sit by you while you do dishes she likes to sit on the sink in the morning while you get ready for work, she likes to be an audience while you take a shower. She will actually sit on the edge of the tub and tell you about her day so hoping that someone willing to give this little cutie home or she can be safe the rest of her life ! Now you can put your Kleenex away and fill out your application?

🐾🐾Claude is a sweet boy who craves attention and love, and he will definitely let you know when he is looking for pets! Claude loves to follow his foster parents around the house, and waits for opportunities to hop onto the couch for a snuggle! Claude loves wand toys and feathers, and is very appreciative when we give him cat treats!

Claude has done very well acclimating to a dog in his foster home, coexisting peacefully from a few feet away! He has met several other cats and enjoys their company. He can be a little bit shy and awkward at first, but with time and patience has quickly relaxed in a loving environment.

Most of all, Claude is looking for a family who will cuddle him, brush him, and make him feel safe and relaxed. He is a sweet boy who craves the stability of a forever home where he will feel safe and loved.

Claude is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready to be adopted!

This sweet girl is ready to find her family!

Willow is a beautiful swirl tabby who is about one year & four months old. She was raising her family in a garage. All the kittens have since been adopted and Willow was put through the Tnr program to be released and she let us know that she really liked people. It was decided to find her a new home that was not outside. She is a bit shy at first with new people, but once she gets to know you, she is very affectionate. She’ll sit on your lap and likes to be pet. She will accept belly rubs and she loves toys. Willow gets along great with other cats with proper introduction. She is sharing a room right now with her roommate Reese and they get along great. Unsure about dogs at this time. Looking for a quiet home where she could get all the attention and love she deserves.

This beautiful girl is patiently waiting for a place to call home! 🐾

Reese aka Reese’s pieces is a beautiful tortoiseshell who is about one year and three months old. She is silly, very very playful and loves everyone she meets. Reese likes to be held, likes belly rubs and LOVES treats. She’s an all-around wonderful cat who gets along with other cats with introduction. She isn’t fond of dogs. Reese likes kids. She is currently sharing a room with her buddy Willow where they are constantly rubbing heads and rolling around and playing together. She’s a great cat and would make a wonderful addition to your home.

Tack is a 6 month old, adorably playful and equally affectionate, handsome black panther!

Tack loves to play with anything that dangles. He absolutely adores laser pointer toys! He is a curious and friendly boy who would do well with other cats and dogs, or he would be quite content being the star of the show as a single pet.

Tack is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated!

🐾This gorgeous girl is looking for her forever home!

Queen is a sweet, quiet cat who loves kitty wand toys in particular, and pretty much any other toy she can chase. She is sister to Joker, and would be an excellent choice as part of a duo, as a little sister for another cat needing a playmate, or as a single cat.

She keeps herself busy when she wants to play, then settles down for naps in the sun or nearby, if you are hanging out.

Ginger is your well rounded kitten with having all the great qualities one could ask for. She is an independent, playful, and sweet little girl who was rescued this past summer in Harvard. Ginger likes to lounge around and sit by the window where she can watch the birds and get the warmth of the sun shining on her. She also loves playing with wand toys, balls or other skittery toys she can chase and grab. She is a lover and gets along with everyone!

As a younger kitten, she had a very bad infection in one eye. It doesn't bother her or keep her from being a normal, playful, happy and affectionate cat!

Update: Adopted

Dorothy is looking for her purrfect human!! Do you have a special place in your heart for an amazing kitty like Dorothy? Could you be the one she’s waiting for?!

Dorothy was rescued as a young kitten from underneath a deck, and it was quickly determined that she is "specially abled."

Dorothy was born with a condition called "cerebellar hypoplasia." Similar to cerebral palsy in humans, CH kittens like Dorothy are born with neurological and motor disabilities which are permanent. Dorothy is a healthy girl and her condition does not get worse or mean she will have a short life!

Dorothy is by NO MEANS immobile---quite the opposite! Dorothy is able to walk on all four paws, can sit in a sitting position, and is even able to climb cat trees! She loves to run---awkwardly! Dorothy does not let her disabilities stop her or slow her down in the slightest. She is a playful girl who loves electronic spinning toys, anything attached to a string (but especially a feather birdie toy,) and she loves spinning ball type toys. Dorothy enjoys being picked up and cuddled, and would love to share a spot with you on the couch.

Dorothy is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. She is being fostered in Woodstock, IL.
