Hey all.
There are 3 senior beagles (16, 13 and 10) in the Buffalo area whose owner has passed recently. The owner's sister is currently in Buffalo settling her brothers affairs and caring for the dogs. She must return to California soon and does not feel that the dogs would make the trip well...they are house trained and used to being walked on a lead...they are in need of a couch to land on and call their own...they are bonded...but can be split up if needed...the sister is will help with future vet bills and food if they can be placed in a home....if anyone can give 3 seniors a home, I can put you in touch.

Wilbur's Wanderings

I am home from another partial week of filming...mom groomed this morning and I got to try out my new chair...thank you Linda Conley for the great sign for my chair and Courtney Norris for my new toy!!
I have a week off and then back to NJ to film and then we fly out for a few days Nov and Dec to film in L.A.
Fun times!!

Mom has us signed up for an obedience seminar on Saturday and then next week Mom says we are going to Va to visit Barb Ferneyhough ...get my swimmers collected at the Repro Vet and mom says we get to spend a training day with Kelly Jolene Litchford, Katie Wellington and Rhonda Wallace ...always a great time.

I am having a good romp in the yard now and some much needed play time with the rest of the pack.

Wilbur's Wanderings

Another long day and fun day on set...one more day tomorrow and then we are home on the weekend before heading back to film on Monday.

In other news. Flute is making an appearance in Target ads. Mom says special thanks to Kelly Jolene Litchford and Katie Wellington for taking Flute on her Target adventure.

Mom says my RACH title has been recorded and I am now officially retired!! Woohoo...not that I didn't already enjoy life as the princessa of the house...but now I will get extra extra doting....

Halo here....

We have a crazy busy Oct coming up.....

Mom is at an NW3 with Cash today (fingers crossed) and then goes home and tomorrow heads to Albany with Wilbur and I for Rally Trials.

Wilbur starts shooting his movie at the end of the month..so he and mom are hard at work training...Flute and I also have some potential modeling jobs coming up in the next few weeks.

1 dog show in Oct as well and packing/prepping for the Beagle National at the start of Nov in Kingsport TN.

Add in miss Corona...here Litter is due any moment (thanks Barb Ferneyhough for having her this week) and we are thrilled to announce we are expecting a second Litter this month....

Mom says she will need a nap once we get thru Oct!!

Really fun day..

Cash competed in 2 detective trials with the Great Barrington KC today...super fun searches set by Jim Helems ...Cash was on fire!! 1st place for detective Q #4. Our second search was also phenominal...but Cash's handler called Finish as he was headed toward and landed on the final hide...sigh...but sooo much fun!

Meanwhile...in NJ..
Rebecca Gardner showed GCH Flower to a nice Best Opp under breeder judge Barb Scherer !!

Off to do a Fit Dog walk with Cash and then tomorrow Cash and Natasha do Excellent and Masters.

Halo here.....

We are running headlong into Fall here at StoneMeadow!!

Wilbur is running FastCat on Thursday and Flower, Autumn, Vincent and Lyra are showing in the breed ring at CNJ hound.

Then Mom is off to Scent Work trials with Cash and Natasha Friday and Sat ...in Peru MA hosted by GBKC.

Early Monday Mom, Dad , Wilbur and I are headed to 1000 Islands for our annual Anniversary camping trip.

Sue Nichols will hold down the fort at home while we relax on the banks of the beautiful St Lawrence River.

At the kennel and grooming shop..
Linda Conley , Jay Morgan , Jane Larnerd and Courtney Norris will be holding down the fort. (welcome aboard Courtney....happy to have you in the grooming shop).

We are currently accepting new clients for boarding, grooming and private lessons (obedience, rally, tricks, show training).

Headed into a beautiful fall week ahead..

Halo here...

Wilbur has been very busy entertaining some ladies....Mom is hoping for some beautiful, smart and talented "baby wilburs" to be due in October.

Wilbur has 2 legs of his Beginner Novice title and is entered next month for 2 legs of his Rally Novice title (Mom plans to finish both titles at the National). He needs 1 run to complete his BCAT title. He has already "starred" in 3 tv/modeling shoots and has become a solid "demo" dog with Mom teaching lessons and classes (I keep reminding him that he has years to catch up to what I have done lol)

The whole crew shows tomorrow and we add little miss Jasmine cardigan...

Poured rain all day.....but the sun came out and Wilbur got some obedience/Rally training in and Cash did a vehicle search.

local folks...our summer help are going back to school ....so we are looking for a bather/dryer to work with us in the grooming shop several days a week ...usually from 8 to 12. pay is good and the atmosphere is friendly! please pass the word if you know some one looking for some parttime work. we are looking to have someone start ASAP....

Good morning to all the friends of Stone Meadow.
I hope you all are enjoying your summer. We are enjoying having your pups for grooming and boarding.

We are actively looking for another person to join our small team of kennel workers. Must be reliable and able to work either early mornings or afternoon/evenings during the week and possibly weekends. Small family friendly atmosphere...must love dogs and be hard working and conscientious about details . Duties would include kennel cleaning, feeding and exercising of dogs, bathing, drying and other general care and maintenance.
