PawsWatch

PawsWatch PawsWatch is an all-volunteer organization that providesTrap-Neuter-Return-Monitor (TNR) support to the Rhode Island community.

PawsWatch is a registered 501(c) 3 organization dedicated to the management of Rhode Island’s growing feral/community cat problem. PawsWatch is 100% volunteer based, this means no funds generated are spent on salaries. Founded in 1997 PawsWatch has successfully trapped and sterilized upwards of 18,000cats to date. Prior to PawsWatch there was no solution to the growing epidemic RI faced. Rhode Isl

and’s 70,000 feral cats were left to continuously reproduce in the wild, often facing starvation. Before TNR became a nationally accepted practice; many of these feral/neighborhood cats were roundup and destroyed. PawsWatch supports and carries out TNR, the only accepted Feral Cat Management procedures of The Humane Society of the United States, the ASPCA, PetsMart Charities, Alley Cat Allies and numerous other organizations. Through our TNR efforts we can effectively and humanely eliminate feral cats in RI. For help with feral cat please complete our online form http://pawswatch.org/TNR2014/
