Good morning!

This last week we have noticed an increase in No Call, No Show’s and Last Minute Cancellations.

Just a reminder to please give us notice as we do have a long list of pups trying to get in before we close. If you’re not able to get to your appointment we would like to try to give that spot to someone else.

With that being said, our Groomer is also commission based, and doesn’t get paid if you don’t show, as we don’t charge any type of deposit because we do try to be understanding about emergencies.

Another reminder: Our last day open is August 19th. We are trying to fit as many Baths, and Nail trims in as possible. Groom appointments are fully booked as of right now.

Dear Valued Customers,

It is with a heavy heart that we write to inform you of a difficult decision we have had to make regarding our business.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control with our landlord and the leasing options given to us, we are unable to continue operating at this location.

Therefore, we must regretfully announce the closure of our business.
We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your loyal service over the years. Your support has meant everything to us and has been the driving force behind our dedication to providing you with quality pet care for your pups.

While we are saddened by this unexpected turn of events, please know that the memories we have shared with you and your pups will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Serving you and your family has been a privilege, and we are truly grateful for the relationships we have built within this community.

As we navigate this transition, we encourage you to continue supporting local businesses like ours. Your support is irreplaceable to the livelihoods of small businesses, and it makes a significant difference in our communities.

Although we must say goodbye for now, we remain hopeful that you will find another care provider for your pups.

Saturday we got to participate in the Annual Fireman’s Festival Parade and we had such a blast!
-
The dogs did Great! (we had water for them, rotated them in and out of the AC in the truck and we were checking paw pads frequently!)

We would like to say a huge thank you to the owners who let their pups participate, as well as the community for being so respectful to the pups when interacting with them! They loved it!

We are grateful to be apart of such an amazing community and we are excited to continue taking part in the different events that take place in the future! 🩵

GROOMING NOTICE :

As most of our clients know we have been booking out pretty far in advance. While we are thrilled that we have grown an amazing clientele and have gotten more people on a recurring schedule to keep pups as well kept as possible, we understand that it can be frustrating. We are currently working towards being able to get more dogs in daily so that we can book more appointments and get everyone in on their requested day, we ask for your patience and understand to continue so we can get to that point.

As of right now we are fully booked out until the beginning of July, and are booking more appointments daily. If you know your pup is going to need to get in within the next month we highly recommend calling in as soon as possible to ensure you get an appointment within the desired time frame. With that being said, we also recommend getting your pup(s) on a recurring schedule to ensure you have an appointment booked. Having these appointments set will also help ensure you get the groom you desire as they can help with limiting matting on your pups and also get them more used to the grooming process.

We would again like to thank our amazing clients for the success we have had so far and helping us continue to grow our business by leaving reviews and telling their friends and family!

This sweet girl is currently with us getting a bath and haircut, the family that brought her in said she has been hanging out around their house for a few weeks, so they have been feeding her and posted her on social media and nobody has claimed her. If anyone recognizes her, please contact us.

• Kennel cough is more prominent during spring and summer months

• if your pup shows any of the symptoms listed please help us keep a clean safe environment here by keeping your pups at home

• if we notice any symptoms at drop off, your pup will be turned away regardless of the service

•if your pup shows any symptoms while here - regardless of the service- you will be called and asked to come pick up, your pup will be isolated until pick up.
