“Occasionally, there arises in the descendants of (outstanding American Quarter Horses), a stallion whose reputation and ability establishes a separate name, and his get are in the future then known by this stallion’s name,” wrote Bob Denhardt, a principal founder and the first executive secretary of AQHA.

That could be said of the three stallions entering the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame this year. They are Blue Valentine, Frenchmans Guy and Shining Spark, and their descendants have made waves in several segments of the American Quarter Horse industry.

Moca had a super sweet little fella early this morning. She shows no signs and follows no textbook so I'm super thankful she's such a great Momma.

Also pictured is a full brother to this guy. He's going through the c**t to maturity program in 4h with his person.

This c**t is available at weaning. Moca was born broke and loves people. Her c**t has barrel horses on both sides but can go any direction. He will be balanced, correct, stout, stand around 15.1hh and eager to please. Plus, a dark bay is always a simple kind of genuine beauty.

Dillon had some spasmodic colic the other evening and needed to be jostled. Kenna and I had just gotten home from a horse show so time wasn't on our side. Threw Kenna up there and let her walk him out of it. He hadn't been ridden in at least 2 years.

3 year old filly out of "Amos" (Mcs Smokin Valentine) and Jessie shown and ridden by Makenna for colt to maturity at Carbon County Fair.

2 year old out of "Dillon" (winkin to fame) and "Moca" on ride 12 with Delaney Klassen at the Carbon County 4H fair.

The grass will grow, no fire. Grass will grow, no fire. Grass will grow, no fire. Repeat endlessly.

Bubbles made a rodeo debut tonight last minute for this sweet girl. They are the cutest!

Is this how every broodmare enters the vets barn to get an ultrasound??

Must have been something in the Bar Mc stallion air last night!!! Ryan Campbell also got this cute bay filly from Dillon out of a mare that goes back to Secretariat!!! Bred to have some speed and work ethic this one is! All mommas and babes are healthy and thriving! What a night! 🤩🤩

This dash for cash mare(Cricket) had a pretty bay colt last night at 934pm. He was a month late and is all legs! Jeremy and I watched the whole birth and were able to help momma out a bit. Can't wait to watch him fill in. Congrats to Suzanne Mackay, Hailey and Ian 🥰
