A family farm owned by Mark and Kathy Hollar. Our farm has grass fed and finished cattle and sheep. We sell delicious and highly nutritious beef and lamb.

Polaris Farm is a second generation farm located in the heart of the Yadkin Valley at 3348 Woodruff Road, Jonesville, North Carolina. We are Mark and Kathy Hollar, along with our daughter, son-in-law, granddaughters and grandson; and we welcome you to our farm. When the bull sees another bull on the other side of the road can be a tense few minutes hoping they'll each stay on their side of the fence. Two big bulls that get into a fight on a fence line create an awful mess to fix. It's happened before near this same spot .

A nightly ritual for about a year now. The big rams are on pasture during the day and I close them up in the barn at night with a snack of shelled corn. They all go to the feed trough except for Jupiter, the calmest ram I've ever seen. He wants to be hand fed first before going to the trough.
