We had a great two weeks in Fort Worth! Purple Haze “Streak” got some great ribbons in the short stirrup with Jessica Dziekan during week one. During week two he and Tory Schoppe had a great time in the crossrails! Thanks Southbound Show Management for putting on such a great show!

Black Tie SportHorses is now open to new students and horses! We are a hunter/jumper facility conveniently located right off Chisolm Trail Parkway just 20 minutes south of downtown Fort Worth. Our full-service hunter/jumper and equitation program provides full-care board, lessons, training, sales, and consignments.

Does your barns hay look this good? Timothy/alfalfa mix. We prefer not to feed coastal as there's more pros then cons feeding a timothy or orchard grass. Especially with performance horses you want their diets to be top notch so they can feel their best to perform their best. It starts from the inside out. They always have hay in front of them and we do not feed grain. Instead we do beet pulp, rice bran, and golden flax seed mix along with their supplements. We always check in with our professional team to make sure their requirements are met. Ulcers are not a huge thing at our facility because of the program we have in place.

Stall fronts started going up today! These stalls are 100% custom designed with the horses safety in mind. The door swings both ways, safety hinges, the front can swing open as a whole, and each of the walls are elevated to help horses who are prone to casting themselves. Each stall is 12x14 so the horses have ample room.

Please note this stall front is NOT finished being hung.

About 5 semis are running from 730/8am-6pm for 2 days now bringing in fill dirt and sand for the arenas! Fingers crossed they'll all be done by next week!!!

Just have to add a couple more things for the plumbing and then we'll be ready for concrete so we can get this barn built! Its been a slow and steady process but we are making sure things are done right. We want to make sure our equine companions are living their best lives with us and have their best interests in mind.

We've been very busy this week. Construction on the 5 arenas has started. More turnouts are being built and soon concrete will be poured so the barn can start being built! Coming early 2021!
