It can slow smoke more than 2,000 lbs of meat, 1,000 hot dogs, 500 hamburgers or 200 steaks at one time. It offers ultimate branding ability cruising down the road or sampling product in a parking lot. Sponsorships opportunities are available and the rig (and Trace) are available to work corporate events and private parties.

I was in Houston for the HLSR BBQ Cookoff and I was fortunate enough to stop by and meat the Killen's BBQ Crew thanks Manny for the tour. Sorry I missed you Ronnie they represented you with excellence just like your Q. In my travels I have eaten BBQ coast to coast several times and covered Texas too. I am not a writer of BBQ just a fan of great BBQ. And this is worthy of sharing to the world it is simply put The best BBQ I have ever experienced. It's contributed to the attention to detail in every aspect. Not only are the proteins seasoned and smoked to perfection the sides are all crafted from scratch daily and they are unbelievable. The desserts are 2nd to none. The pride from his crew is evident in the quality of the finished product. Great Job to everyone involved, my hat is off to you
