Since his testosterone kicked in, I felt a sense of calmness knowing that this boy got my back. Well all my Dogos in that manner 😆 One night I woke up with a strange noise coming from outside. I got out of bed and walked towards the bedroom door, Gotti got up quickly and blocked me from leaving the bedroom. He then started using the back end of his upper body to push me back in the room, his way of saying “You stay here mom, while I check it out”. He then left the room and checked the perimeters of the house. As I stood on the beach, I had a moment to reflect on my thoughts and thank God for my blessings. I may not be blessed with material things or money, but I am blessed in other ways that matter most. Living away from home (Hawaii) for a few years, has made me realize that there is no other place like home. Yes, Hawaii is expensive, but I rather be rich with happiness than rich with materialistic things that no matter what you buy, you still can’t buy happiness. One of the things that brought joy into my life was the beach. If you knew me back in the days, I was one of the few woman bodyboarders of Northshore. The beach was my everything. In Colorado, there was no beach. So I had to find something I love that would fill that void. I found the dog I been wanting since 2010, a Dogo Argentino. As I watch Pure J. Gotti & Pure Ninja walk on the beach, I thank God for his blessings. To be able to see everything that I love in one place, in one moment, was a blessing from above. I am grateful to be able to experience the love, loyalty, and companionship that I only could have imagined before they came into my life. I just wanted to share this blessing of a story of one of our male pups journey into life. Because of Shannon @central_bullz808 for his life saving equipment (ICU incubator), not only did this puppy survive, but is the strongest pup of them all……. Not only did this incubator save this puppy’s life, but it kept my entire litter in a calm, safe, controlled climate state. I loved it! I was able to do other things around the house or even running errands without a worry because I knew the puppies were safe in there. This was the best decision I made and I would do again and again, knowing the true benefits with the proven results that I seen with my very own eyes. Just wanted to share, not all the time I am able to catch moments like this….. Just so you know, my Dogos only bark when necessary…. Feel threatened, to alert or tell me they want something from me. As I took them outside to potty, there was a guy walking in my neighborhood and into people’s property. Not sure what his intentions was but my Dogos did not like it. Thanks to my Gotti Boy who alerted my neighbor across the street (Aunty), she was able to secure her gate closed before the guy walked up her driveway. My dogs were targeted on this individual until he walked away and couldn’t be seen. Good job Gotti Boy and Ninja!!
