2024 Christmas photo shoot with Lola! Lola takes modeling for Sophie's Rags so seriously. I was trying to get her ears to stand up but wasn't happening, her tail was wagging though. My precious Lola is such a special little lady, love her so much.

Spent Thursday after noon and part of Friday loading up the van for the Holly Jolly Gull Lake Middle School craft show. The van was packed to the max. With great help from my friend Tracy, we were able to set up early Saturday morning before the show. I got a lot of compliments on how my booth looked. I couldn't have done it without Tracys help.
It was a great show. Even had some specials friends who took some pictures with some of our dog models. How adorable!

Our hearts are broken as our precious Sophie has crossed the rainbow bridge. She would have been 13 on June 9, 2024. Sophie was my inspiration for opening "Sophie's Rags Pet Clothing" She was always cold, so I made outfits to keep her warm. People asked where I bought them, and I told them I made them; I was asked to make outfits for others, so I decided to make it into a business.
I decided to name it after my precious Sophie. She loved to dress up and loved it when people told her she looked so pretty. I will miss her so much. She was a very special little girl who came from a bad situation when we rescued her. We loved her with all are heart and she knew she was special to us.
We will continue the shop in memory of Sophie, her little sister, "Lola" will take over modeling the outfits. Lola will be lost without her big sister that always looked after her and kept her in line. They loved playing with each other and going on adventures together in their car seats and their stroller.
Below I have picked out some of my favorite pictures of Sophie, through the years.
Rest in peace my sweet angel Sophie until mommy sees you again. June 9, 2011-May 23, 2024. Love you so much, Lola and I will miss you every day!

For a little girl that didn’t like to dress up when I first got her, she has come a long way. Of course, in the last picture the ole evil eye is telling me that that's enough pictures for now!
